Nesse contexto, buscamos um(a) Especialista de Inteligência de Mercado Agro para atuar na geração de insights que apoiem decisões estratégicas e contribuam para o crescimento sustentável do negócio.Com foco em Inteligência de Mercado, a posição terá papel relevante na compreensão das dinâmicas do agronegócio, da concorrência, dos territórios e das principais tendências que impactam o segmento.Trata-se de uma oportunidade única para participar da construção de uma nova frente estratégica, ajudando a estruturar análises, estudos e direcionadores que apoiarão a evolução do Agro Varejo nos próximos anos.Buscamos uma pessoa curiosa, analítica e investigativa, que goste de compreender profundamente o mercado, conectar diferentes fontes de informação e transformar conhecimento em decisões estratégicas.Alguém com visão de negócio, forte capacidade analítica e interesse genuíno pelo agronegócio, que se motive pelo desafio de construir inteligência para um segmento em expansão e influenciar decisões relevantes para o crescimento do negócio.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesTransformar dados, tendências, informações de mercado e movimentos da concorrência em inteligência estratégica para o negócio.Monitorar tendências de mercado, movimentos da concorrência e transformações do agronegócio, identificando oportunidades e riscos.Desenvolver análises de potencial de mercado, territórios, cadeias produtivas e perfis de produtores rurais.Apoiar a priorização de mercados e a identificação de oportunidades de crescimento.Contribuir para a definição de direcionamentos estratégicos para o segmento Agro.Produzir estudos, diagnósticos e recomendações executivas que fortaleçam a estratégia e a proposta de valor do Agro Varejo.Atuar como referência interna em inteligência de mercado e temas relacionados ao agronegócio, conectando diferentes fontes de informação e ampliando a capacidade de tomada de decisão da organização.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Agronomia, Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Estatística ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em Inteligência de Mercado, Inteligência Competitiva, Planejamento Estratégico, Research ou áreas relacionadas.Conhecimento do agronegócio brasileiro, suas cadeias produtivas, dinâmica de mercado e principais tendências.Capacidade de transformar análises complexas em insights e recomendações claras para apoiar a tomada de decisão.Experiência na elaboração de estudos executivos, apresentações para liderança e materiais estratégicos.Excel avançado e Power BI (ou ferramentas similares de análise e visualização de dados).Diferenciais :Experiência em instituições financeiras, consultorias estratégicas ou empresas do agronegócio.Conhecimento sobre crédito rural, Plano Safra e ambiente regulatório do setor.Vivência com geointeligência, segmentação territorial e estudos de potencial de mercado.Conhecimento em ferramentas analíticas e manipulação de bases de dados (SQL, Python ou similares).Informações adicionaisBenefícios:- Vale-Refeição- Vale-Transporte- Vale-Alimentação- Auxílio Creche- Assist.
