Desenvolver, capacitar e acompanhar tecnicamente as equipes de manutenção das unidades, promovendo a disseminação de boas práticas, o fortalecimento do conhecimento técnico e o aumento da maturidade operacional

Fornecer suporte técnico às subestações elétricas e sistemas de automação industrial das fábricas, assegurando a integridade, disponibilidade e segurança operacional dos equipamentos

Elaborar, revisar e apoiar a implementação dos planos de manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva, bem como contribuir tecnicamente na especificação e comissionamento de novos equipamentos

Conduzir projetos de melhoria contínua, modernização (retrofit) e adequação tecnológica relacionados às áreas de elétrica e automação, visando aumento da eficiência, confiabilidade e produtividade operacional

Planejar e coordenar tecnicamente as macros paradas de manutenção das áreas elétrica e automação, garantindo a execução das atividades dentro dos prazos, custos e padrões de qualidade estabelecidos
