Garantir a confiabilidade, disponibilidade e segurança operacional dos ativos elétricos da empresa por meio da execução de manutenções especializadas, diagnósticos avançados, comissionamentos, auditorias técnicas e suporte de alto nível às equipes de manutenção. Atuar como referência técnica nacional nos equipamentos de média tensão e sistemas elétricos críticos, assegurando a padronização dos processos, a qualidade das intervenções e a evolução contínua das práticas de manutenção. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar manutenções preventivas, preditivas e corretivas em painéis de média tensão, subestações móveis, transformadores, sistemas de transferência automática (QTA), sistemas de automação, disjuntores de média tensão e bancos de carga, assegurando a disponibilidade, confiabilidade e segurança operacional dos equipamentos.Executar diagnósticos avançados de falhas, análises de causa raiz, inspeções técnicas, ensaios elétricos e avaliações de desempenho dos equipamentos, propondo ações corretivas e melhorias para aumento da confiabilidade dos ativos.Realizar montagem, instalação, retrofit, reforma, testes funcionais, comissionamento e startup de painéis elétricos, subestações móveis e demais equipamentos elétricos de potência, garantindo conformidade técnica e desempenho operacional.Auditar tecnicamente as manutenções executadas por equipes próprias e terceirizadas, verificando conformidade com procedimentos, padrões de qualidade, requisitos de segurança e boas práticas de manutenção.Elaborar relatórios técnicos, pareceres, planos de ação e recomendações de melhoria, apoiando a tomada de decisão relacionada à manutenção, renovação e modernização dos ativos.Desenvolver, revisar e padronizar procedimentos de manutenção, instruções de trabalho e documentação técnica, promovendo a melhoria contínua dos processos.Capacitar e orientar tecnicamente equipes de manutenção por meio de treinamentos, suporte especializado e disseminação de conhecimento técnico.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação completa em eletrotécnica.Desejável, formação em Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Eletrônica ou Engenharia de Controle e Automação.Mínimo de 8 anos de experiência em manutenção elétrica industrial, infraestrutura elétrica ou geração de energia.Experiência comprovada em montagem, manutenção e diagnóstico de painéis de média tensão.Experiência em manutenção e comissionamento de subestações, manutenção de disjuntores de média tensão e transformadores de potência.Experiência em sistemas de transferência automática (QTA), automação e controle industrial.Experiência em auditorias técnicas e validação da qualidade dos serviços de manutenção.Experiência em análise de falhas e solução de problemas complexos.
