Por aqui, a sua competência vem acima de qualquer outro ponto!Se você se identifica com esse perfil, candidate-se agora mesmo e seja parte de uma equipe dinâmica, colaborativa, criativa e inovadora.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesObjetivo do cargoLiderar a construção de modelos analíticos avançados com Machine Learning, IA e outras técnicas que transformam os dados da arquitetura em previsões de geração, detecção refinada de perdas e priorização de serviços — sendo a ponte entre dado bruto e decisão de negócio.Principais responsabilidadesDesenvolver modelos estatísticos avançados (forecast de geração, detecção de anomalias, priorização de manutenção e serviços, entre outros).Construir e manter pipelines de dados (ETL/ELT) em nuvem, seguindo boas práticas de engenharia de dados.Modelar e manter bases de dados analíticas, garantindo governança e versionamento de código (Git).Traduzir KPIs de performance solar (PR, disponibilidade, perdas) em dashboards e relatórios para decisão executiva.Criar, manter e atualizar dashboards e relatórios recorrentes de performance, garantindo confiabilidade e atualização contínua das informações.Automatizar fluxos de dados (coleta, tratamento e disponibilização), reduzindo trabalho manual e o risco de erro nas rotinas de reporte.Conduzir testes de hipótese e análises estatísticas para validar diagnósticos de performance.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Engenharia, Estatística, Ciência de Dados, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com Python e/ou R aplicados à ciência de dados.Conhecimento em machine learning, forecast e modelagem estatística.Domínio de SQL e manipulação de bancos de dados.Experiência com cloud computing (GCP, Azure ou AWS).Experiência com ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Tableau ou similares).DiferenciaisExperiência prévia no setor de energia solar, renovável, ultilities entre outros.Conhecimento de governança de dados e versionamento (Git).Vivência traduzindo modelos analíticos em indicadores para decisão executiva.Competências esperadasPensamento analítico e rigor estatístico.Orientação para resultados e impacto de negócio, não só entrega técnica.Capacidade de traduzir modelos complexos em decisões simples para a operação.Autonomia para conduzir projetos analíticos de ponta a ponta.Informações adicionaisO que oferecemos:Remuneração CompetitivaSalário fixo atrativo.BenefíciosPlano de saúde e odontológico, vale-alimentação/refeição, seguro de vida, modelo híbrido de trabalho e programas de desenvolvimento profissional.InclusãoValorizamos diversidade e inclusão.
