A PLATLOG opera no modelo de compra e revenda de produtos para o mercado de food service: compramos de fornecedores, planejamos o portfólio e abastecemos nossos clientes. O que faz esse modelo girar é a qualidade da previsão de venda e a decisão de compra que vem dela — e é exatamente essa a missão desta posição. Como Especialista de Planejamento de Demanda, você lidera tecnicamente a previsão de venda por produto e a tradução dela em plano de compras junto aos fornecedores. Constrói o forecast estatístico, conduz o consenso de demanda com clientes e área comercial, e garante que compramos a quantidade certa, na hora certa. É um papel de planejamento comercial e de portfólio — não de operação de armazém ou transporte. 📍 Jundiaí/SP — 100% presencial.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRESPONSABILIDADES

Liderar a previsão de venda (demand planning) por produto, família e cliente, com base em forecast estatístico e inputs comerciais; Traduzir a previsão de venda em plano de compras, definindo o que adquirir de cada fornecedor, em que volume e em que momento; Conduzir reuniões de consenso de demanda com a área comercial e com clientes, alinhando previsão à estratégia de venda; Desenvolver análises de Forecast Accuracy e Forecast Bias (MAPE/WMAPE) por família/SKU e atuar sobre os desvios; Avaliar impactos de lançamentos, descontinuações, promoções e alterações de portfólio sobre a demanda e a compra; Identificar riscos e oportunidades de venda, antecipando efeitos sobre disponibilidade e capital em estoque; Construir cenários de demanda para suportar decisões comerciais e de aquisição de produtos; Elaborar relatórios, comparativos e apresentações para reuniões de liderança e S&OP; Contribuir para o ciclo de S&OP/IBP como voz técnica da demanda e da compra; Atuar como referência técnica da organização em planejamento de demanda e liderar projetos de melhoria de modelos de previsão.

Requisitos e qualificações

O QUE BUSCAMOS

Experiência sólida em planejamento de demanda de venda, previsão comercial ou planejamento de compras/portfólio; Domínio de forecast estatístico e métodos de previsão (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, MAPE/WMAPE); Vivência em modelo de compra e revenda — decisão de compra de fornecedor a partir da previsão de venda; Forte capacidade analítica e conforto com grandes volumes de dados; Excel avançado e experiência prática com ferramentas de BI; Conhecimento de ERP e sistemas de planejamento; Disponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial em Jundiaí/SP.
