Venha fazer parte do time Mahindra!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a identificação dos principais direcionadores da competitividade do setor e analisar tendências econômicas e de mercado, considerando o cenário brasileiro. 

Participar da elaboração e acompanhamento do processo anual de orçamento (Budget), forecast e projeções financeiras de Demonstração de Resultados (P&L), Balanço Patrimonial e Fluxo de Caixa Livre (Free Cash Flow).

Desenvolver análises e relatórios sobre a evolução de custos e despesas, propondo alternativas para otimização de processos, redução de custos e mitigação de riscos financeiros.

Realizar análises de envelhecimento (Aging) das contas a receber, contas a pagar e estoques, monitorando a saúde financeira e o capital de giro da empresa.

Executar análises periódicas da estrutura de custos dos produtos (Bill of Material - BOM), assegurando a correta alocação dos custos de conversão nos produtos acabados. 

Apoiar a tomada de decisão por meio da elaboração de análises financeiras, cenários e indicadores de desempenho que contribuam para a rentabilidade e sustentabilidade do negócio. 

Atuar como parceiro estratégico das áreas de negócio, promovendo alinhamento financeiro e identificando oportunidades de melhoria nos resultados da organização.

Garantir conformidade com aspectos tributários, regulatórios e de compliance aplicáveis às operações financeiras da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Administração de Empresas ou áreas correlatas.Pós-graduação ou especialização em Finanças.

Inglês FluenteExperiência consolidada em FP&A no segmento industrial, atuando com orçamento, forecast, fluxo de caixa, custos e análise de resultados. Necessário conhecimento em SAP, tributação brasileira. Buscamos um profissional analítico, organizado, com visão estratégica e forte orientação para resultados.

Vivência de 10 a 12 anos em funções financeiras voltadas ao ambiente fabril/industrial.

Experiência em planejamento tributário será considerada um diferencial.
