Você iniciará garantindo o acompanhamento rigoroso e a evolução dos negócios emergentes da companhia (TFSports, TFCafé e Expansão Internacional), escalando rapidamente para a liderança da estruturação do nosso plano plurianual e desenho estratégico de novas frentes de crescimento do ecossistema. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQuais serão suas responsabilidades? 🎯 Gestão e Performance de Novos Negócios: Acompanhar e gerenciar os indicadores-chave de performance (KPIs, unit economics e P&L) dos negócios em fase de escala (TFSports, TFCafé e Expansão Internacional), identificando alavancas de crescimento e gargalos operacionais. Planejamento Estratégico Plurianual (PPA): Coordenar a estruturação, revisão e acompanhamento do plano estratégico de longo prazo da companhia, garantindo o alinhamento entre as metas de negócio e as unidades operacionais. Estratégia de Expansão Nacional e Internacional: Mapear oportunidades de mercado, realizar estudos de viabilidade econômica e apoiar no desenho da tese e no go-to-market da expansão da marca no Brasil e no exterior. Estruturação de Novas Iniciativas: Elaborar business cases, modelagem financeira, teses de novos negócios/parcerias estratégicas e planos de implementação para novas frentes do ecossistema. Governança & Métrica de Sucesso: Definir, implementar e acompanhar OKRs/KPIs estratégicos junto aos líderes das áreas executivas e operacionais, garantindo governança e velocidade na tomada de decisão. Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil que buscamos 🔎Visão de Ecossistema: Capacidade de enxergar oportunidades além do varejo tradicional (integração de serviços, eventos, plataformas de conteúdo e comunidades). Capacidade de Influência: Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita para transitar e influenciar lideranças executivas (C-Level, Diretores e Conselhos). Perfil Hands-on e Autonomia: Habilidade de circular do estratégico ao operacional com agilidade, sem perder a atenção aos detalhes. HabilidadesIdioma: Inglês fluente (para frentes de expansão internacional e mapeamento de benchmarks globais). Modelagem Financeira e Negócios: Domínio em análise de DRE, unit economics, avaliação de viabilidade de projetos e modelagem financeira avançada.
