Quem somos?Somos Vida em Movimento.Pelas nossas estradas passam muito além de veículos, aqui conectamos pessoas e dinamizamos o transporte de cargas entre alguns dos mais importantes eixos econômicos do País.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo ESPECIALISTA DE PLANEJAMENTO FINANCEIRO, você será responsável pela:  

·         Construção e manutenção de modelos financeiros complexos para suportar a tomada de decisão estratégica da empresa. O profissional atuará em análises de valuation, modelagem financeira, project finance e cálculo de WACC, além de desenvolver projeções financeiras detalhadas utilizando metodologias como Fluxo de Caixa Descontado (DCF). Principais Responsabilidades: 

·         Desenvolver e manter modelos financeiros robustos para análise de viabilidade de projetos e investimentos; 

·         Realizar avaliação das empresas do grupo (valuation) utilizando metodologias como DCF, múltiplos de mercado e transações comparáveis; 

·         Aplicar conceitos de Project Finance para estruturação e análise de financiamentos de longo prazo; 

·         Calcular o Custo Médio Ponderado de Capital (WACC), incluindo estimativas de custo de capital próprio (Ke) e custo da dívida (Kd); 

·         Elaborar projeções financeiras considerando diferentes cenários macroeconômicos e operacionais; 

·         Preparar apresentações e reports financeiros para a diretoria e investidores, suportando decisões estratégicas da empresa; 

·         Acompanhar métricas de desempenho financeiro e realizar análises de sensibilidade e stress test para diferentes variáveis financeiras; 

·         Apoiar em processos de emissão/estruturação de dívidas (debêntures); 

·         Apoiar em processos de análise de rating; 

·         Condução de testes de impairment para avaliação da recuperabilidade de ativos, seguindo normas contábeis e regulatórias; 

·         Análise de recuperabilidade de imposto diferido, garantindo conformidade com as regras fiscais e projeções financeiras de longo prazo; 

·         Monitorar indicadores macroeconômicos e tendências de mercado que possam impactar os resultados financeiros da empresa. 

Requisitos e qualificaçõesÉ importante para nós que você tenha:·         Formação superior em Administração, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas; 

·         Experiência comprovada em modelagem financeira, valuation e análise de investimentos; 

·         Sólidos conhecimentos em DCF, Project Finance e cálculo de WACC; 

·         Domínio avançado de Excel (VBA); 

·         Inglês avançado para elaboração de relatórios e interação com stakeholders internacionais. 

Será um diferencial se você possuir: ·         Experiência com Big4, bancos de investimento ou consultorias financeiras.
