Estamos em busca de um(a) Especialista de Planejamento Financeiro para atuar na gestão e análise de caixa, dívida e captação, contribuindo para decisões financeiras estratégicas e para a sustentabilidade do negócio.Buscamos um(a) profissional analítico(a), autônomo(a), organizado(a) e com visão crítica, que tenha domínio técnico de finanças corporativas, facilidade para trabalhar com dados e capacidade de transformar análises em recomendações claras para a tomada de decisão.Se você tem experiência com fluxo de caixa, dívida, captação e modelagem financeira e gosta de atuar em um ambiente dinâmico e estratégico, essa oportunidade é para você!

Responsabilidades e atribuições Elaborar e acompanhar o fluxo de caixa diário e projeções pelos métodos direto e indireto;Analisar desvios entre previsto e realizado e construir cenários de estresse e liquidez;Controlar empréstimos e financiamentos, incluindo juros, encargos, amortizações, vencimentos e liquidações;Acompanhar garantias, covenants e obrigações financeiras;Analisar alternativas de captação, refinanciamento, amortização e aplicação de recursos;Manter relacionamento técnico-financeiro com bancos e fundos, apoiando negociações e operações;Integrar projeções de caixa e dívida ao orçamento, forecast e planejamento de longo prazo;Investigar divergências entre informações financeiras, contábeis e gerenciais;Elaborar indicadores, relatórios e análises para suporte à tomada de decisão.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Finanças, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em Tesouraria, gestão financeira ou FP&A, com atuação em caixa, dívida e captação;Vivência com contratos financeiros, garantias, obrigações, empréstimos e financiamentos;Excel avançado e experiência com modelagem financeira;Conhecimento de matemática financeira e análise de cenários;Perfil analítico, organizado, autônomo e com boa comunicação;Facilidade para relacionamento com instituições financeiras e áreas internas.Diferenciais: pós-graduação/MBA em Finanças ou Controladoria; experiência com recebíveis, fundos, financiamentos estruturados ou grupos com múltiplas empresas;conhecimento em Power BI, Power Query, SQL, Python ou sistemas de tesouraria;uso de IA aplicada à análise e automação de processos.Informações adicionaisConheça os nossos benefícios:🍽️ - Cartão Pluxee (Alimentação e Refeição);🏥 - Plano de saúde (SulAmérica);🦷 - Plano odontológico (Amil);👩🏾‍🎓 - Clube de benefícios (Descontos em faculdades, pós graduação e cursos de idiomas);👩‍👩‍👧‍👦 - Descontos para filhos em qualquer escola do Grupo Raiz Educação (Previsto em política interna);🎂 - Day-off de aniversário (Folga no aniversário).
