Oportunidade voltada para a Gestão do Produto Pix Safrapay.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsável pela gestão estratégica Pix SafraPay, com foco em crescimento de receita, rentabilidade e expansão da adoção (IPP) e utilização da solução.Liderar iniciativas de crescimento e evolução do produto, considerando as dinâmicas do mercado de adquirência, credenciamento e meios de pagamento.Acompanhar indicadores de performance, receita, margem, TPV e rentabilidade, identificando oportunidades de crescimento e otimização de resultados.Desenvolver ofertas comerciais, campanhas de incentivo e estratégias de engajamento para clientes e parceiros.Atuar em parceria com as áreas de Pricing, Comercial, Tecnologia, CRM, Dados e Operações na construção e implementação de iniciativas estratégicas.Coordenar frentes de performance, sustentação comercial, rentabilidade, comunicação digital e ciclo de vida do produto.Conduzir projetos relacionados à evolução do ecossistema Pix, acompanhando tendências de mercado, concorrência e regulamentações do Banco Central.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em empresas de meios de pagamento.Vivência em credenciadoras, adquirentes, subadquirentes ou empresas com forte atuação em pagamentos digitais será considerada diferencial relevante.Experiência em áreas de Produtos, Growth, CRM, Ciclo de Vida do Cliente, Planejamento Comercial ou Estratégia.Vivência na construção de ofertas comerciais, campanhas de incentivo, estratégias de crescimento e monetização de produtos.Experiência com análise de performance, gestão de indicadores, acompanhamento de KPIs e geração de insights para tomada de decisão.Conhecimento do ecossistema Pix e dos produtos relacionados a pagamentos instantâneos.Conhecimento do mercado de adquirência, credenciamento, subadquirência e pagamentos digitais.Capacidade de identificar oportunidades de crescimento, monetização e melhoria da experiência do cliente.Informações adicionaisTrilhas de capacitação acadêmica e técnica;Oportunidade de encarreiramento;Vale Refeição e Vale Alimentação;Convênio médico e odontológico;Seguro de Vida;Condições especiais em nossos produtos financeiros;Auxílio Creche / Babá;Incentivo educacional;TotalPass;Oportunidade localizada próximo ao metrô.Todas as nossas vagas estão abertas para Pessoas com Deficiência (PCDs).
