Através de nossa dedicação à excelência em desenvolvimento de software, direcionamos a Minerva Foods para um futuro tecnicamente avançado e operacionalmente eficiente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar no planejamento, execução e acompanhamento de projetos em todas as suas fases;Elaborar cronogramas, planos de ação, apresentações executivas e relatórios de status;Acompanhar e apoiar a execução de atividades junto às áreas envolvidas, promovendo alinhamento e comunicação contínua entre os stakeholders;Identificar riscos e propor planos de mitigação;Participar de reuniões com áreas técnicas, clientes internos e parceiros externos;Conduzir rotinas de follow-up com times multifuncionais;Apoiar a estruturação e melhoria contínua dos processos de gestão de projetos da área;Utilizar ferramentas de gestão de projetos (MS Project e Jira) para acompanhamento e reporte de progresso.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Administração, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação, Gestão de Projetos ou áreas correlatas;Experiência comprovada em gestão de projetos;Conhecimento em metodologias de gestão de projetos, tanto tradicionais (PMBOK) quanto ágeis (Scrum, Kanban);Domínio da ferramenta Microsoft Project;Excel intermediário/avançado (manipulação de dados, fórmulas, gráficos, análises);Boa comunicação oral e escrita, com habilidade para conduzir reuniões, fazer alinhamentos com stakeholders e elaborar documentos executivos;Capacidade de organização, priorização e gestão de múltiplos projetos simultâneos;Habilidade na criação de materiais executivos e apresentações de status para diferentes níveis da organização (PowerPoint, Canva ou similares).Desejáveis:Certificações em gestão de projetos;Inglês avançado;Experiência na utilização de ferramentas de IA;Experiência com projetos de transformação digital, inovação ou implantação de sistemas;Cursos extracurriculares ou de extensão em gestão de projetos, metodologias ágeis ou gestão de processos.
