Gerenciar projetos de engenharia automotiva desde a fase de planejamento até a liberação e entrega final.Coordenar atividades multidisciplinares, promovendo alinhamento entre áreas de engenharia, manufatura, qualidade, compras e clientes.Conduzir reuniões técnicas e de acompanhamento com clientes globais.Elaborar, acompanhar e controlar cronogramas, garantindo os marcos do projeto (milestones).Identificar riscos, propor ações preventivas e corretivas, garantindo o cumprimento dos objetivos do projeto.Gerenciar escopo, prazo, custo, qualidade e recursos do projeto utilizando as melhores práticas de Project Management.Atuar como principal interface entre stakeholders internos e externos durante todo o ciclo de vida do projeto.Gerenciar mudanças de escopo (Change Management), avaliando impactos técnicos, financeiros e de cronograma.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentações executivas para a liderança e clientes.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Formação superior completa em Engenharia Mecânica, Produção, Automotiva ou outras Engenharias.Experiência comprovada em gerenciamento de projetos de engenharia.Inglês fluente (obrigatório), com capacidade para conduzir reuniões, negociações e apresentações técnicas em âmbito global.Domínio de metodologias e ferramentas de gerenciamento de projetos.Disponibilidade para viagens nacionais e internacionais.Experiência em Microsoft Project.Competências Comportamentais:Forte capacidade de liderança, comunicação e influência.Perfil proativo, com elevada capacidade de tomada de decisão e senso de urgência.Postura firme e assertiva na condução de equipes e resolução de problemas.Perfil orientado à execução e ao cumprimento de prazos.Informações adicionais A Engbras, fundada em 2001, nasceu com o propósito de trazer inovações ao mercado, e principalmente, fornecer aos nossos clientes as soluções para problemas específicos de engenharia, atuando nas etapas de criação do produto como um todo.
