O profissional será responsável por apoiar a execução e evolução do portfólio de projetos, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos e para o alcance dos objetivos do negócio.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais atividades:Gerenciar projetos multidisciplinares de alta complexidade, desde o planejamento até o encerramento;Atuar na gestão de escopo, cronograma, custos, riscos, comunicação e stakeholders;Garantir a governança e a performance dos projetos por meio de indicadores, dashboards e reportes executivos;Acompanhar e controlar orçamento, forecast, OPEX e CAPEX;Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento com áreas internas, fornecedores e clientes;Monitorar riscos, desvios e mudanças de escopo, propondo ações corretivas e preventivas;Apoiar a estruturação e melhoria contínua de processos, metodologias e indicadores de gestão de projetos;Atuar como elo entre as diferentes áreas da organização, promovendo alinhamento e eficiência na execução dos projetos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia (Telecomunicações, Elétrica, Eletrônica ou Produção), Redes, Telecomunicações, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;Pós-graduação em Gerenciamento de Projetos ou áreas relacionadas;Experiência em gestão de projetos, preferencialmente em telecomunicações;Vivência na condução de projetos de alta complexidade;Experiência com gestão financeira de projetos, forecast e acompanhamento de OPEX/CAPEX;Disponibilidade para regime híbrido 1x home office e 4x Eletronet (Zona Sul - Granja Julieta).Conhecimento técnico:Conhecimento em governança, gestão de riscos, planejamento estratégico e controle orçamentário;Domínio de Excel avançado, Pacote Office, ERPs e ferramentas corporativas para elaboração de indicadores, relatórios e dashboards;Conhecimento em serviços e infraestrutura de telecomunicações, incluindo conectividade, transporte, IP, fibra apagada, redes OPGW, DWDM, Metro Ethernet e Data Centers.Diferencial:Conhecimento em Power BI;Experiência com Salesforce;Inglês técnico.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:🍽️ Vale Refeição ou Alimentação no valor de R$ 1.040,00🚍 Vale Transporte🏥 Assistência Médica Care Plus com coparticipação (sem mensalidade para o titular e desconto de R$ 231,19 por dependente)🦷 Assistência Odontológica (Privian)💪 Wellhub (Gympass)📝 Único Skill - Educação para empresas💰 Previdência Privada🎯 Participação nos Lucros e Resultados (PLR)🛡️ Seguro de Vida
