Responsável por apoiar a execução de projetos CAPEX, garantindo aderência técnica, qualidade, segurança e conformidade. Atuar com forte presença em campo e profundo conhecimento dos equipamentos produtivos (extrusão, moagem, secagem, recobrimento, ensaque etc.), promovendo melhoria contínua dos processos e dos projetos nas unidades.Parte de seu propósito, a Adimax está certa que a diversidade e a inclusão impactam positivamente no meio social e profissional.Aqui, todas as pessoas são bem-vindas!“Vaga elegível também para pessoa com deficiência ou reabilitada”Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver engenharia conceitual e layouts industriais, definindo soluções técnicas alinhadas às necessidades operacionais e ao processo pet food.Revisar e validar projetos, memoriais, escopos e especificações de empresas terceiras, assegurando qualidade, segurança e aderência aos padrões corporativos.Dominar tecnologias e equipamentos da linha de produção (extrusores, secadores, moinhos, recobridores, ensaque etc.), propondo melhorias e padronizações.Atuar na execução e acompanhamento em campo dos projetos, garantindo conformidade técnica, qualidade da montagem, segurança e atendimento ao escopo.Apoiar os coordenadores na gestão de projetos CAPEX, incluindo definição de escopo, interface técnica, análise de riscos, custos e cronogramas.Desenvolver os projetos junto com as áreas Operações, Manutenção, Engenharia, SSMA, Qualidade, Suprimentos e fornecedores para definir soluções integradas e tecnicamente robustas.Contribuir com estudos de viabilidade, seleção de tecnologias e definição de equipamentos adequados ao processo e às necessidades das unidades.
