Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPromover e executar treinamentos, workshop e palestras relativos à Gestão da Qualidade; Coordenar e executar os programas de gestão de auditorias internas e em fornecedores;Apoiar as demais áreas na solução de problemas;Fazer o acompanhamento das recomendações feitas às áreas auditadas para verificar a implementação e eficácia das ações adotadas;Coordenar a execução de testes laboratoriais dos produtos intermediários e finais, e de matérias-primas, assegurando validade dos resultados e emissão de laudos de análises bem como a execução de testes laboratoriais para desenvolvimentos de produtos para clientes e homologações de novos materiais e/ou novos fornecedores. Coordenar atividades de melhoria do Laboratório de atividades físico-têxtil e química e assegurar adequação de metodologias de clientes e corporativas;Atuar como auditor interno das normas de certificação afins ao Sistema de Gestão da Kordsa Brasil; Utilizar ferramentas estatísticas para tratamento de dados de processo e produto visando criar relatórios gerenciais para embasamento na tomada de ações para melhoria;Manter implantação de requisitos e ferramentas da norma de qualidade automotiva IATF e core tools FMEA,MSA, CEP, PPAP, APQP etc;Organizar e conduzir reuniões de análise crítica do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade;Coordenar atividades relativas às reclamações de clientes e reclamações para fornecedores;Conduzir reunião de avaliação de fornecedores locais e globais;Participar de reuniões globais de qualidade e laboratório com plantas de outros países.Requisitos e qualificaçõesVocê precisa ter:Graduação completa em Engenharias;Conhecimento nas Normas ISO9001 e IATF16949;Domínio em Pacote Office;Inglês avançado.Você se destaca se tiver:Conhecimento em Power BI;Formação em auditor interno da Qualidade ISO9001 e IATF16949;Conhecimento em Six Sigma;Conhecimento ferramentas da qualidade automotiva Core Tools.Informações adicionaisTemos como benefícios:Plano médico e odontológicoReembolso de Medicamentos/Psicoterapia (%)Roteiro fretado ou reembolso de combustívelRefeitório no localFisioterapia no localPR (Participação de Resultados)14º salárioRemuneração VariávelJornada e local de trabalho flexívelSeguro de vida Folga mensalTelemedicina 24hPlano de Treinamento AnualPrograma de Incentivo a EstudoLicença maternidade e paternidade estendidaDay Off no dia do seu aniversárioWellhub
