Sabemos que juntos, todos vamos mais longe.É assim que conectamos a Localiza&Co com o futuro.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO QUE VOCÊ IRÁ FAZER COMO ESPECIALISTA DE REVENUE MANAGEMENTOtimizar a rentabilidade da empresa através do controle das reservas, gestão do portfólio e capacidade de frota;Elaborar análises históricas de demanda e rentabilidade para apoiar a tomada de decisões estratégicas;Acompanhar a acurácia dos modelos de previsão/otimização identificando áreas de oportunidade e melhorias;Construir relacionamento e participar de projetos em conjunto com outras áreas do negócio como Pricing, Planejamento de Demanda e Tecnologia;Construir relacionamento com os times das filiais, sendo capaz de conectar a estratégia de revenue management com a realidade operacional de cada local;Otimizar o processo de movimentação de frota entre agências, buscando eficiência logísitica para garantir maximização de receita e redução de custos;Apoiar na definição do portfólio ideal de grupos de carro de cada filial conforme perfil dos clientes;Realizar análises de dados para mapear gargalos operacionais e propor melhoria contínua nos processos das filiais.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO QUE PRECISAMOSEnsino Superior Completo;Boa habilidade de comunicação escrita e verbal;Experiência com análise e combinação de grande fluxo de dados;Capacidade analítica e de solução de problemas de maneira ágil;Conhecimento avançado no Pacote Office (Excel) e SQL;Desejável experiência com Power BI, Python e R.
