.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que te espera no dia a dia:Administrar ambiente SAP S/4HANA em modelo RISE (SAP Cloud), atuando na sustentação e governança técnica.Gerenciar ambientes SAP on-premises, incluindo SAP PI/PO, SAP BW, SAP Portal e SAP Solution Manager.Realizar troubleshooting avançado (N3) em incidentes críticos.Conduzir análises de causa raiz (RCA) e implementar ações para mitigação de recorrências.Atuar como ponto focal técnico junto à SAP para abertura, acompanhamento e escalonamento de chamados.Garantir a integração e conectividade entre SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP e sistemas legados.Apoiar e validar atividades de transportes, upgrades, aplicação de patches e manutenções técnicas.Monitorar e otimizar a performance dos ambientes SAP, incluindo HANA, interfaces, jobs e integrações.Atuar na gestão de mudanças (Change Management), avaliando riscos e impactos técnicos.Apoiar iniciativas de transformação digital e adoção de soluções SAP.Realizar interface com equipes de infraestrutura, cloud, desenvolvimento, integração e áreas de negócio.Atuar em war rooms e cenários críticos.Administrar ambientes SAP, incluindo configuração, tuning e suporte técnico.Gerenciar transportes (STMS), usuários e autorizações básicas.Administrar e monitorar jobs por meio das transações SM36 e SM37.Executar troubleshooting utilizando ST22, SM21, ST11, logs e processos críticos.Administrar e monitorar ambientes SAP HANA, realizando análises de performance.Monitorar interfaces e filas em ambientes SAP PI/PO.Administrar conectividade entre ambientes on-premises e cloud por meio do SAP BTP e Cloud Connector.Utilizar SAP Solution Manager para monitoramento e gestão de incidentes.Administrar certificados digitais e integrações seguras utilizando SSL, HTTPS e STRUST.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBuscamos alguém que:Pensa e age a partir das perspectivas dos clientes.
