Somos a EuroChem, líder global em nutrição de plantas e uma das únicas empresas do mundo a produzir os três principais macronutrientes da agricultura: nitrogênio, fósforo e potássio (NPK). No Brasil, atuamos de forma integrada, da mineração à produção e distribuição de fertilizantes, levando soluções para o campo e fazendo a diferença em toda a cadeia do agronegócio.Se você busca desenvolvimento, desafios e a oportunidade de gerar impacto em uma empresa global, seu lugar é aqui! #VemSerEuroChem.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e conduzir investigações corporativas relacionadas a fraudes, desvios, corrupção, conflitos de interesse e demais irregularidades;Definir estratégias investigativas, matriz de priorização de casos e cronogramas de apuração;Conduzir entrevistas investigativas e coletar evidências;Elaborar relatórios executivos contendo análises, conclusões e recomendações;Realizar investigações proativas e apuração de ocorrências provenientes de canais de denúncia, monitoramentos e sistemas corporativos;Realizar pesquisas em bases públicas e privadas, com foco em avaliações reputacionais, financeiras, patrimoniais e societárias;Mapear vínculos societários, conflitos de interesse e exposições de risco;Realizar auditorias internas com foco em contratações, fornecedores, controles internos e prevenção de perdas;Conduzir mapeamento de processos e avaliação da efetividade dos controles existentes;Identificar vulnerabilidades, desvios e oportunidades de melhoria; Recomendar e acompanhar a implementação de ações corretivas e preventivas;Apoiar a gestão de riscos relacionados à segurança logística e ao transporte de cargas;Monitorar, analisar e acompanhar sinistros, reclamações e processos de ressarcimento (claims);Avaliar evidências, responsabilidades e documentação de suporte aos processos indenizatórios;Revisar e desenvolver políticas, procedimentos, metodologias, templates e papéis de trabalho da área;Garantir a adequada gestão documental das investigações e auditorias;Monitorar e reportar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Direito, Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Segurança Pública ou áreas correlatas;Desejável pós-graduação em Compliance, Investigação Corporativa, Auditoria Interna, Gestão de Riscos, Segurança Empresarial ou áreas relacionadas;Experiência em investigações corporativas, auditoria interna, controles internos e prevenção de perdas;Vivência na condução de investigações de fraude, desvios patrimoniais, conflitos de interesse e corrupção;Experiência em due diligence, background check e avaliação de integridade de fornecedores, clientes e colaboradores;Desejável experiência nos setores de agronegócio, logística, indústria ou mineração;Auditoria interna, gestão de riscos e prevenção de perdas;Mapeamento de processos e controles internos;Pacote Office avançado;Familiaridade com SAP ou sistemas similares e ferramentas de investigação;Inglês avançado, será considerado diferencial;Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes (até 50%).Informações adicionais💙 TEMOS MUITOS BENEFÍCIOS ESPERANDO VOCÊ AQUI🚑 Plano de saúde para titular e dependentes🦷 Plano odontológico para titular e dependentes💖 Seguro de Vida💸 Programa de Remuneração Variável💳 Vale Alimentação ou Refeição para o seu dia a dia🥘 Refeitório no local (dependendo da localidade)👩🏽 Licença maternidade de 6 meses (Programa Empresa Cidadã)👨🏽 Licença paternidade de 20 dias (Programa Empresa Cidadã)🧘🏽‍♀️ Temos um Programa especial de Apoio e Cuidado para colaboradores e familiares🏋🏽‍♀️ Você poderá contar com uma plataforma de atividades físicas: Wellhub📚 Parceria com Instituições de Ensino
