Compartilhar conhecimento e contribuir para o desenvolvimento técnico da equipe.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como referência técnica na definição de soluções sistêmicas, assegurando a qualidade, escalabilidade e sustentabilidade das aplicações.Definir e disseminar padrões, arquiteturas e boas práticas de desenvolvimento, promovendo a evolução tecnológica dos sistemas corporativos.Participar da concepção e da implementação de projetos estratégicos, avaliando a viabilidade técnica e propondo soluções inovadoras para desafios de negócio.Conduzir análises e propor melhorias contínuas em processos, integrações e aplicações, garantindo maior eficiência e confiabilidade dos sistemas.Apoiar a definição do roadmap de evolução tecnológica, alinhando as iniciativas de TI às necessidades e aos objetivos do negócio.Atuar em conjunto com áreas de negócio, fornecedores e equipes multidisciplinares para garantir a entrega de soluções de alto impacto.Garantir que as soluções estejam aderentes às melhores práticas de arquitetura, segurança da informação, governança e desempenho.Avaliar tendências tecnológicas, identificando oportunidades de inovação e recomendando a adoção de novas ferramentas e soluções quando agregarem valor ao negócio.Liderar estudos técnicos, provas de conceito (POCs) e avaliações de novas tecnologias, apoiando a tomada de decisão.Compartilhar conhecimento e atuar contribuindo para o desenvolvimento da equipe e para a disseminação de boas práticas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência Mínima de 5 anos na áreaFormação Acadêmica em Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação ou Engenharia.
