Desenvolver, implementar e manter fluxos de URA (IVR) e jornadas de atendimento no Architect. Levantar requisitos junto às áreas de negócio e transformar necessidades em especificações funcionais e técnicas. Atuar como analista de especificação em projetos de atendimento e automação. Implementar integrações entre Genesys Cloud e sistemas corporativos via APIs e Web Services. Apoiar projetos de automatização de processos e implantação de IA no atendimento. Desenvolver soluções para automação de atendimento digital e otimização operacional. Monitorar estabilidade, desempenho e disponibilidade da plataforma. Atuar na análise e resolução de incidentes e problemas. Criar e manter documentações técnicas e operacionais. Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua e inovação tecnológica.

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência com Genesys Cloud CX. Conhecimento avançado em criação e manutenção de fluxos de URA (IVR) utilizando Architect. Experiência em desenho de jornadas de atendimento e roteamento inteligente. Vivência como analista de requisitos/especificação funcional e técnica para apoiar a operação. Conhecimento em integrações REST API e Web Services. Experiência com automação de processos e atendimento omnichannel. Conhecimento em telefonia SIP e VoIP. Experiência em troubleshooting e sustentação de ambientes críticos. Vivência em projetos de implementação de IA aplicada ao atendimento. Boa comunicação e facilidade para interação com áreas técnicas e de negócio.
