Liderar, otimizar e suportar os processos de planejamento e execução da produção no ambiente SAP, atuando como ponte entre as áreas de Operações, Suprimentos e Controladoria. O profissional será responsável pela governança do módulo SAP PP, garantindo o alinhamento com os processos de apuração de custos (SAP CO-PC) e gestão de materiais (SAP MM).

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão e Configuração (SAP PP):Parametrizar e otimizar processos de planejamento (Demand Management, MRP e MPS).Gerenciar e manter dados mestres de produção (BOM/Lista de Materiais, Roteiros, Centros de Trabalho, Versões de Fabricação).Suportar a execução da produção (Ordens de Produção/Processo, Confirmações, Movimentações de Estoque e Apontamentos).Integração com Controladoria (SAP CO-PC):Garantir a consistência das estruturas de produção para correta apuração do Custo Padrão e Custo Real.Analisar variações de ordens de produção, desvios de apontamento de horas e consumo de componentes.Acompanhar o encerramento mensal da produção em conjunto com a equipe de Controladoria (cálculo de WIP, custos indiretos/overhead e liquidação de ordens).Integração com Materiais (SAP MM):Acompanhar visões de materiais ligadas ao MRP, Compras e Depósito.Garantir a correta integração dos processos de consumo de matéria-prima, transferência entre depósitos e requisições de compra geradas pelo MRP.Melhoria Contínua e Projetos:Mapear oportunidades de automação e melhorias nos processos de PP no SAP.Liderar ou apoiar projetos de rollout, migração ou implementação de novas funcionalidades.Elaborar especificações funcionais para customizações (ABAP) e relatórios gerenciais (queries/dashboards).Capacitar e treinar os Key Users e usuários finais de plantas produtivas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórios:Experiência Sênior/Especialista: Experiência consistente em projetos de implementação, rollout ou suporte avançado no módulo SAP PP (ECC ou S/4HANA).Domínio de PP: MRP, BOMs, Roteiros, Centros de Trabalho, Estratégias de Planejamento (MTS, MTO, ATO) e Ordens de Produção/Processo.Conhecimento Sólido em SAP CO: Forte entendimento da integração PP-CO, focado em CO-PC (Contabilidade de Custo do Produto), cálculo de WIP, análise de variações e encerramento de ordens.Visão de Negócio: Entendimento profundo da rotina fabril, PCP, chão de fábrica e contabilidade industrial.Desejáveis:Conhecimento em SAP MM: Entendimento das visões de compras/estoque do Mestre de Materiais, tipos de suprimento (especialmente subcontratação e transferência) e movimentações de estoque (Movement Types).SAP S/4HANA: Vivência ou certificação no ecossistema S/4HANA (Fiori, PP-DS ou MRP Live).Linguagem Técnico-ABAP: Leitura e entendimento de código ABAP básico e debug de programas para especificação funcional.
