Buscamos um Especialista em TI para atuar na frente de Cobrança, garantindo a evolução e a eficiência das soluções tecnológicas que suportam os produtos do banco. A área de Tecnologia da Informação é responsável pelo desenvolvimento, manutenção e implementação de sistemas estratégicos, incluindo o sistema de Cobrança, que abrange antecipação de recebíveis, registro de títulos, DDA, cobrança simples e cobrança vinculada.Trabalhamos com o sistema de Cobrança do fornecedor AUTBANK e buscamos um profissional que contribua com melhorias, inovação e conformidade regulatória, sempre com foco em segurança, eficiência e mitigação de riscos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesIdentificar e implementar melhorias nos processos e sistemas de cobrança, promovendo eficiência operacional e inovação;Atuar em projetos de TI desde o levantamento de requisitos até a homologação e implantação das soluções;Realizar interface com equipes internas de desenvolvimento e fornecedores externos, como o AUTBANK, garantindo aderência às especificações técnicas e cumprimento de prazos;Elaborar e revisar especificações funcionais e documentação técnica, assegurando alinhamento ao escopo e aos objetivos de negócio;Acompanhar e comunicar o status dos projetos, mantendo stakeholders atualizados sobre progressos, riscos e desafios.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento dos produtos de cobrança: antecipação de recebíveis, registro de títulos, DDA, cobrança simples e cobrança vinculada;Experiência em análise e mapeamento de processos de negócio;Experiência na elaboração de materiais para equipes de desenvolvimento (escopo, especificações funcionais, cronogramas);Conhecimentos em SQL;Conhecimentos em matemática financeira;Vivência com sistemas de cobrança da AUTBANK será um diferencial.Informações adicionaisNo Daycoval, entendemos que cuidar de nossos colaboradores é essencial para promover um ambiente de trabalho saudável e produtivo.
