Este profissional será peça-chave na eficiência da operação de Growth, atuando de forma integrada com o time de criação, CRM e comercial, sempre orientado a dados, CAC e ROI.Responsabilidades e atribuições ResponsabilidadesPlanejar, configurar e gerenciar campanhas de mídia paga em diferentes plataformas (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn Ads e outros canais relevantes);Executar testes contínuos de criativos, públicos, mensagens e formatos, buscando ganho de eficiência e escala;Garantir correta implementação de pixels, tags, eventos e integrações com CRM;Monitorar diariamente KPIs como CPC, CPL, CPA, CAC e ROI;Trabalhar em parceria com o time de criação, fornecendo direcionamento claro para criativos orientados à performance;Apoiar a equipe na análise de resultados e construção de insights;Construir relatórios semanais e mensais de performance;Garantir transparência na comunicação de resultados, aprendizados e oportunidades de melhoria;Apoiar apresentações estratégicas para liderança quando necessário;Estruturar e gerenciar orçamento destinado ao tráfego pago;Criar relatórios de performance no GA4 e Looker Studio .
