Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo nosso(a) Especialista de Trade Marketing suas principais entregas serão:Planejamento Estratégico: Desenvolver estratégias de Trade Marketing alinhadas aos objetivos de negócio, criando planos de ativação, campanhas promocionais e calendários sazonais para os canais de vendas.Excelência no PDV: Garantir a execução de ações, planogramas e materiais de merchandising (MPDV), além de monitorar os indicadores de Loja Perfeita (Perfect Store) através de visitas a campo.Inteligência de Mercado: Monitorar e analisar KPIs cruciais (Sell-in, Sell-out, Market Share, Ruptura, ROI e Distribuição) para gerar relatórios e dashboards que apoiem a tomada de decisão.Parceria Comercial: Atuar como elo entre Marketing e Vendas, desenvolvendo materiais de apoio a negociações e participando de Joint Business Plans (JBPs) com grandes clientes.Gestão e Eficiência: Controlar o orçamento da área, medir a efetividade das campanhas e liderar projetos de melhoria contínua focados na otimização de recursos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Economia, Marketing, Publicidade ou áreas correlatas. Pós-Graduação ou MBA será um diferencial (em curso ou concluído).Core Business: Sólida experiência em Trade & Shopper Marketing, Gestão de Canais, Planejamento Comercial e Promocional, e Execução/Merchandising no PDV.Visão Analítica: Domínio em inteligência de mercado, Gerenciamento por Categorias (GC), estruturação de KPIs, análises financeiras (ROI) e métricas de Sell-in/Sell-out.Dados e Relatórios: Excel avançado, PowerPoint avançado e experiência com ferramentas de BI (Power BI ou Tableau).Ferramentas de Mercado: Vivência com dados de auditoria (Nielsen, Scanntech ou Kantar) e sistemas de gestão de campo (Involves, Agile, Neogrid ou similares).Diferenciais Valiosos: Conhecimento em sistemas ERP (especialmente SAP) e familiaridade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) para otimização de rotinas.
