Monitorar indicadores de nível de serviço, tracking e performance de transportadoras, atuando de forma preventiva na mitigação de riscos operacionais. Desenvolver e acompanhar dashboards e análises gerenciais para suportar decisões estratégicas e operacionais. Conduzir análises de performance, custos e eficiência da malha logística, identificando oportunidades de otimização e melhoria contínua. Liderar a gestão de SLA, OTIF, tracking e indicadores de visibilidade logística. Estruturar planos de ação e contingência junto às transportadoras e áreas parceiras para garantir o abastecimento e cumprimento dos níveis de serviço. Atuar em projetos de transformação, automação e digitalização de processos logísticos, sendo ponte entre operação, tecnologia e negócio. Desenvolver indicadores, modelos analíticos e governança de dados para suportar uma gestão orientada por dados. Conduzir reuniões de performance e elaborar apresentações executivas para acompanhamento de resultados e projetos.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia, Administração, Logística, Supply Chain, Economia ou áreas correlatas. Experiência sólida em Transportes, Distribuição e Operações Logísticas. Vivência em gestão de transportadoras, indicadores de performance e nível de serviço. Experiência com análise de dados aplicada à logística e desenvolvimento de dashboards gerenciais. Conhecimento em ferramentas de Business Intelligence (Power BI, Tableau ou similares). Experiência com TMS, plataformas de rastreamento, torres de controle logístico e soluções de visibilidade operacional. Vivência em projetos de otimização logística, eficiência operacional e redução de custos. Experiência na gestão de SLA, OTIF, tracking e indicadores de serviço.
