Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo será seu dia a dia:Realizar atendimento com foco em reter assinantes com intenção de cancelamento;Prestar suporte aos clientes em diferentes canais, como telefone, WhatsApp, e-mail e chat.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que o Grupo RBS espera de você: Ensino médio completo, superior em andamento será considerado um diferencial;Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;Desejável experiência com atendimento ao público, vendas e/ou retenção de clientes;Boa fluência com meios digitais;Habilidade para trabalhar com diferentes sistemas de atendimento;Demonstrar agilidade e comprometimento com a entrega de resultados;Foco em resolução de problemas, habilidade em negociação e com atendimento de excelência;Residir em Porto Alegre e/ou Região Metropolitana.
