Se você tem paixão, foco e senso de dono...📍 Seu lugar é aqui!#VemDarShow 🤎Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que você vai fazer por aqui:Elaborar e executar o Plano Anual de Auditoria Interna, definindo escopos, cronogramas e recursos necessários.Conduzir auditorias operacionais, financeiras, de compliance e tecnologia, garantindo a aderência às políticas internas e regulamentações aplicáveis.Avaliar riscos corporativos e identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos e controles internos.Realizar entrevistas, análises documentais e testes de auditoria para identificação de desvios e vulnerabilidades.Elaborar relatórios executivos com recomendações e planos de ação.Acompanhar a implementação das recomendações junto às áreas de negócio, monitorando a efetividade das ações corretivas.Atuar como parceiro das áreas na disseminação da cultura de controles, riscos e conformidade.Contribuir para projetos relacionados à Segurança da Informação, investigações internas e auditorias forenses.Coordenar e desenvolver a equipe de Auditoria Interna, garantindo a qualidade e cumprimento dos cronogramas estabelecidos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que esperamos de você: Experiência sólida em Auditoria Interna, Gestão de Riscos e Controles Internos.Vivência na elaboração e execução do Plano Anual de Auditoria.Experiência com auditorias operacionais, financeiras, compliance e tecnologia.Conhecimento em Segurança da Informação, Cyber Security e investigação forense.Atuação em mapeamento de processos, identificação de riscos e proposição de melhorias.Experiência na condução de entrevistas, análise documental e testes de controles.Conhecimento de frameworks e metodologias de auditoria (COSO, COBIT, ISO 27001, LGPD, entre outros).Experiência com indicadores, gestão de cronogramas e acompanhamento de planos de ação.Vivência na liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes.
