É uma pessoa proativa?Venha ser nosso(a) Especialista em BI, e compartilhar conexões com nosso time, contribuindo com informações e análises para um ambiente de trabalho produtivo e eficiente.O nosso time de Custumer Experience está aguardando você!#vemseralares#vagasalaresinternetResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesVocê vai fazer aqui:Analisar conjuntos de dados para identificar tendências/padrões e sinalizar os pontos de atenção, riscos identificados e oportunidades existentes em cada processo, demanda ou entrega;Impulsionar o processo de democratização do uso dos dados, através de comunicações e treinamentos das áreas de negócio, gerando insights analíticos que acelerem a tomada de decisão e ajudem a aumentar a eficácia das equipes em relação aos objetivos estratégicos;Compartilhar conhecimentos e habilidades com a equipe para aumentar o impacto do BI na organização, além de garantir a aplicação de boas práticas nos desenvolvimentos de relatórios e dashboards (padronização, performance e segurança);Capturar informações com as áreas e padronizar processos, procedimentos e rotinas;Criar e monitorar indicadores, gerando dashboards e relatórios para comunicação dos insights;Desenvolver modelagem robusta e automatizada, com foco em agilidade para simulações de cenários no setor de telecomunicações;Trabalhar em colaboração com as áreas parceiras para apoiar na implementação de soluções voltadas para o aumento da produtividade, garantindo que as prioridades das equipes estejam alinhadas às necessidades do negócio, transformando os requisitos do negócio em requisitos técnicos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesVocê não pode deixar de ter:Ensino Superior Completo em Administração, Analise de Sistemas, Processamento de dados, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas afins;Experiência em Business Intelligence, especificamente automação e criação de dashboards;Conhecimento de programação, banco de dados, estatística e visibilidade de dados;Excel Avançado;Power BI Avançado.SQL Avançado.Python AvançadoSe você tiver, será um diferencial:Ter atuado em Business Intelligence em empresas de Telecomunicação;Informações adicionaisVocê terá aqui:Vale Refeição ou Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Plano de Saúde;Seguro de Vida;Participação nos lucros;Desconto nos Pacotes de Internet.
