Atuar na gestão, implementação, monitoramento e aprimoramento das práticas de Compliance, assegurando a conformidade da Companhia com a legislação, normas, regulamentos e diretrizes internas e externas aplicáveis, incluindo Lei Anticorrupção e Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados,

contribuindo para a gestão de riscos, a integridade, a sustentabilidade e o fortalecimento da cultura de ética e conformidade em todas as unidades de negócio.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Implementar e monitorar Programas de Compliance e Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD), assegurando sua aderência à legislação,  regulamentação, normas internas e melhores práticas aplicáveis;Elaborar, revisar e implementar políticas, normas, procedimentos e controles internos relacionados a Compliance, Integridade e Proteção de Dados;Analisar os riscos de Compliance, Integridade e Proteção de Dados, promovendo sua identificação, avaliação, tratamento e monitoramento, bem como a implementação de medidas preventivas e corretivas; Monitorar o Canal de Denúncias e os processos de apuração de relatos, assegurando o adequado tratamento das denúncias, a condução das investigações e a elaboração de relatórios, indicadores e recomendações; Disseminar a cultura de ética, integridade e conformidade, incluindo treinamentos, comunicações e iniciativas de conscientização; Realizar processos de Due Diligence e avaliações de integridade de terceiros, considerando o nível de risco e a natureza das relações com a Companhia; Assessorar a Alta Administração e as áreas de negócio em temas relacionados a Compliance, Integridade e Proteção de Dados, orientando decisões e propondo medidas para mitigação de riscos; Atender auditorias, diligências e demandas de órgãos reguladores e demais partes interessadas; Monitorar e reportar indicadores, resultados e planos de ação dos Programas de Compliance e Proteção de Dados, avaliando sua efetividade e promovendo sua melhoria contínua; Atuar de forma transversal junto às áreas e unidades de negócio, acompanhando projetos e promovendo a integração das práticas de Compliance, Integridade e Proteção de Dados aos processos corporativos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo em Direito;

Vivência em Investigações, Lei Anticorrupção e Lei proteção de dados pessoais (LGPD);

Experiência em Compliance.
