A Engeform Concessões e Investimentos, nossa unidade de negócio que já nasce com diversas investidas: a TEEN Imobiliário, a Consolare, a Aedifica. A Engeform Concessões e Investimentos tem como objetivo atuar em setores importantes para a sociedade, contribuindo, por meio de projetos de longo prazo para fazer a diferença na vida das pessoas.Com um time qualificado e preparado para essa nova fase da empresa, teremos uma atuação fundamental em setores importantes para a sociedade, com foco em habitação e equipamentos de serviços públicos.Estamos em busca de um(a) Especialista de Controladoria, Finanças e FP&A para atuar de forma estratégica na gestão financeira de investimentos, garantindo previsibilidade, governança e suporte à tomada de decisão dos executivos e investidores.Se você tem forte capacidade analítica, visão de negócios, experiência em planejamento financeiro e gosta de transformar dados em direcionamentos estratégicos, essa oportunidade é para você.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais desafios:Liderar o ciclo de Gestão pelas Diretrizes (GPD) Financeira das empresas investidas, acompanhando performance, resultados, indicadores e planos de ação.Coordenar processos de fechamento financeiro mensal, assegurando qualidade das informações, cumprimento de prazos e geração de insights para a gestão.Desenvolver e monitorar painéis gerenciais, indicadores de desempenho e alertas executivos, promovendo visibilidade sobre riscos e oportunidades.Gerenciar o processo de aportes de capital, documentação comprobatória e manutenção do Data Room corporativo, garantindo conformidade e governança.Conduzir o processo de Forecast Contínuo (Rolling Forecast 12 meses), abrangendo fluxo de caixa, CAPEX, OPEX e acompanhamento de desvios, antecipando impactos financeiros relevantes.Estruturar análises comparativas entre premissas de investimento, orçamento e realizado, assegurando rastreabilidade de mudanças, revisões de escopo e impactos financeiros.Integrar informações dos projetos e marcos contratuais ao planejamento financeiro, fortalecendo a previsibilidade de receitas, desembolsos e contraprestações.Elaborar materiais executivos para Diretoria, Conselho e investidores, transformando dados financeiros em análises estratégicas e recomendações para tomada de decisão.Apoiar a comunicação financeira com investidores e fundos, em parceria com as áreas de Relações com Investidores e Novos Negócios. Requisitos e qualificaçõesBuscamos profissionais com:Formação superior em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.Experiência sólida em Controladoria, Planejamento Financeiro (FP&A), Gestão Financeira ou M&A.Vivência na elaboração de orçamento, forecast, análise de desempenho financeiro e construção de indicadores.Conhecimento avançado em modelagem financeira e análise de investimentos.Excel avançado e experiência com ferramentas de BI e dashboards.Capacidade de comunicação executiva e elaboração de apresentações para alta liderança.Diferenciais:Experiência com fundos de investimento, infraestrutura, energia, concessões ou projetos de grande porte.Vivência em ambientes de governança corporativa, conselhos e relacionamento com investidores.Conhecimento em Project Finance e avaliação econômico-financeira de investimentos.Informações adicionaisAqui você terá a oportunidade de atuar próximo à alta liderança, influenciando decisões estratégicas e contribuindo diretamente para a geração de valor dos negócios e investimentos da companhia.
