Responsável por estabelecer, coordenar e melhorar continuamente o processo/sistema de Controle de Trabalho (CoW), atuando como articulador entre os departamentos de Produção, Manutenção, Marinha e Administração, fornecendo treinamento a todos os usuários do CoW e gerenciando o sistema E-CoW para garantir a conformidade com os procedimentos da MODEC, regulamentos e normas nacionais e internacionais. __________________________________________________________________________Responsible for establishing, coordinating, and continuously improving the Control of Work (CoW) process/system, acting as a liaison across Production, Maintenance, Marine, and Administration departments, providing training to all CoW users and managing the E‑CoW system to ensure compliance with MODEC procedures, national and international regulations and standards.  Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos profissional para posição de Especialista em Controle de Trabalho para atuar para atuar em oportunidade Offshore.Para desempenhar funções como:Gerenciar o Escritório de Permissão de Trabalho e o Sistema de Controle de Trabalho, em formato eletrônico ou físico, contribuindo para manter a segurança das operações do ativo.Garantir que todos os documentos/certificados complementares requeridos, incluindo listas de verificação, Avaliações de Riscos da Tarefa (TRAs), Análises de Segurança no Trabalho (JSAs), Certificados de Override de Segurança, Certificado de Entrada em Espaço Confinado, Certificado de Atmosfera e Certificados de Isolamento, estejam totalmente aprovados, em boa qualidade e anexados a uma Permissão de Trabalho, quando necessário.  Fornecer suporte contínuo, orientação e treinamento a todos os usuários do Controle de Trabalho Eletrônico como administrador do sistema a bordo.Garantir que haja adequada comunicação e coordenação entre os responsáveis (líderes) por departamentos (autoridades da área), supervisores da área/disciplina, autoridades de isolamento e executante por meio dos processos de aprovação, autorização, reunião pré-trabalho e reunião de Controle de Trabalho.Monitorar o volume e a criticidade das Permissões de Trabalho (especialmente Trabalhos a Quente) e manter contato com o OIM e os Superintendentes para assegurar operações seguras e um ritmo de trabalho adequadoFacilitar análises de risco preliminares relacionadas às MOCs/CtOs de barreiras degradadas, de forma a garantir maior confiabilidade das informações permitindo que as avaliações posteriores sejam adequadas e as lideranças a bordo tenha maior clareza em relação aos riscos operacionais. __________________________________________________________________________We are looking for a Control of Work Specialist to work on an offshore assignment.The role involves the following responsibilities:Manage the Permit to Work Office and Control of Work System, in electronic or physical format, contributing to maintaining safe operations of the asset. Ensure that all required complementary documents/certificates, including checklists, Task Risk Assessments (TRAs), Job Safety Analysis (JSAs), Safety Override Certificates, Confined Space Entry Certificate, Atmosphere Test and Isolation Certificates, are fully approved, in good quality, and attached to a Permit to Work when required.Provide continuous support, mentoring, and coaching to all Electronic Control of Work users as the onboard system administrator/Super User.Ensure that there are proper communication and coordination between HODs (Head of Departments – Area Authorities), Discipline/Area Supervisors, Isolating and Performing Authorities via the approval, authorization,, and Pre-Task Toolbox Talk processes and Control of Work.Monitor the volume and criticality of Permits to Work (especially Hot Work) and liaise with the OIM and Superintendents to maintain safe operations and appropriate work pacing.Make it easier to do preliminary risk analyses related to MOCs/CtOs of degraded barriers, so that the information is more reliable, allowing later evaluations to be appropriate and the leadership on board to have a clearer understanding of operational risks.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequerimentos:Mínimo de cinco (5) anos de experiência operacional offshore em Produção, Marinha, Manutenção ou HSSE.Possuir sólida experiência e exposição a sistemas de Controle de Trabalho (CoW).Nível Técnico ou Bacharelado em Engenharia é obrigatório.O CFT (Conselho Federal dos Técnicos Industriais) ou CREA (Conselho Federal de Engenharia e Agronomia) deve estar ativo e válido.Desejável habilidade na condução de análises de risco (HAZID, HAZOP e What-if, e outras).Inglês avançado.________________________________________________Requirements:A minimum of five (5) years’ offshore operational experience in Production, Marine, Maintenance or HSSE.Solid experience and familiarity with Control of Work (CoW) systems.A technical qualification or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory.CFT (Federal Council of Industrial Technicians) or CREA (Federal Council of Engineering and Agronomy) registration must be active and valid.Desirable skill in conducting
