Gerenciar campanhas de automação, mídia paga e ações digitais, acompanhando indicadores e resultados.

Analisar dados e comportamento dos clientes para identificar oportunidades e otimizar resultados.

Gerenciar projetos, cronogramas e demandas simultâneas, atuando em interface com diferentes áreas e unidades.

Elaborar relatórios, dashboards e apresentações de desempenho.

Apoiar a evolução de processos, automações, integrações e soluções digitais, incluindo iniciativas com inteligência artificial.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitosEnsino superior completo em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Administração, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência com CRM, automação de marketing e relacionamento com clientes.

Vivência com campanhas digitais e mídia paga.

Conhecimento em Google Analytics (GA4) e métricas digitais.

Pacote Office/Google Workspace intermediário ou avançado.DiferenciaisExperiência com gestão de projetos e múltiplas demandas simultâneas.

Conhecimento em Power BI ou ferramentas de visualização de dados.

Experiência com inteligência artificial aplicada a marketing e relacionamento.

Vivência em empresas de varejo, shopping centers ou negócios com múltiplas unidades.
