Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMapear e documentar toda a jornada da família e do aluno.Identificar pontos de contato, gargalos, riscos e oportunidades de melhoria.Construir e acompanhar indicadores de cada etapa da jornada.Garantir visão integrada da experiência entre as diferentes áreas da instituição.Realizar análises periódicas da experiência das famílias por unidade.Consolidar informações provenientes de NPS, Ouvidoria, pesquisas, evasão, cancelamentos e demais canais de relacionamento.Identificar causas-raiz dos principais problemas relatados pelas famílias.Elaborar diagnósticos e recomendações para melhoria contínua.Desenvolver ações para fortalecimento do relacionamento com famílias.poiar iniciativas de onboarding, adaptação, retenção e rematrícula.Estruturar réguas de relacionamento e comunicação.Propor ações de encantamento e melhoria da experiência.Realizar visitas e diagnósticos nas unidades escolares.Compreender a realidade operacional de cada escola.Apoiar gestores na implementação de melhorias relacionadas à experiência das famílias.Garantir alinhamento entre a estratégia corporativa e a execução local.Acompanhar e analisar indicadores relacionados a área de CS.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência prévia em Customer Success, Customer Experience ou Gestão de Relacionamento.·Experiência com análise de indicadores e elaboração de diagnósticos.·Capacidade de mapear processos e jornadas.·Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita.·Perfil analítico e orientado a dados.·Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão e acompanhamento de indicadores.Desejáveis·Experiência no segmento educacional.·Vivência com NPS e gestão da experiência do cliente.·Conhecimento em retenção e combate à evasão.·Experiência com CRM, automações e jornadas de relacionamento.·Conhecimento em plataformas educacionais e ferramentas de BI.
