Elaborar diagnósticos territoriais e desenhar soluções aderentes às necessidades específicas de cada comunidade e ao negócio da CSN.Atuar em conexão constante com as demais áreas parceiras, garantindo consistência entre a estratégia territorial e a gestão da Licença Social para Operar.Coordenar parceiros técnicos e institucionais contratados para o desenvolvimento dos projetos sob sua responsabilidade.Participar e coliderar o Comitê ESG da Companhia.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que buscamos:Formação superior em Ciências Sociais, Gestão, Desenvolvimento Territorial, Economia, Engenharia Ambiental ou áreas correlatas.Experiência prévia com investimento social privado, investimento de impacto ou estruturação de projetos sociais — vivência real negociando ou captando recursos é um diferencial forte.Conhecimento de metodologias de desenvolvimento territorial e de mensuração de impacto social (teoria da mudança, indicadores de resultado, avaliação de impacto).Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes aos territórios de atuação da CSN, habilitação para dirigir carros é desejável.Ótima capacidade analítica, combinada com habilidade de diálogo direto com comunidades, lideranças locais e parceiros institucionais.Autonomia para conduzir projetos do diagnóstico à entrega, sem necessidade de supervisão constante. Diferenciais:Experiência prévia no setor de mineração, siderurgia, energia ou infraestrutura.Vivência com estruturas de blended finance ou fundos de investimento social.Conhecimento de padrões internacionais de referência (IFC Performance Standards, SASB, GRI).Informações adicionaisNossos benefícios são:Assistência médica;Assistência odontológica;Vale refeição;Vale alimentação;Vale transporte;Previdência privada com participação da empresa no mesmo percentual definido pelo colaborador, podendo variar entre 3% e 6%;Total Pass;Wellhub.Benefícios vigentes, com regras e especificações estabelecidas em Acordo Coletivo, Convenção Coletiva, Acordo de PPR e/ou Política/Diretriz de RH, podendo sofrer alterações.
