Vamos juntos #Begreen nessa transformação? #Juntossomosmaisgreen.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstamos buscando Especialista em Elétrica Sênior para atuar desenvolvendo as seguintes atividades:Operação e manutenção de grupo moto-geradores de capacidade superiores a 300 kVA, trabalhando com paralelismo entre geradores e concessionária.Atuar como referência técnica nacional para os sistemas elétricos de Data Centers.Avaliar a infraestrutura elétrica de sites críticos, identificando riscos, gargalos, limitações de capacidade e oportunidades de melhoria.Realizar e/ou apoiar estudos de carga elétrica, demanda, capacidade instalada, capacidade disponível e crescimento disponível e crescimento de infraestrutura. Avaliar sistemas de distribuição elétrica, incluindo painéis, QGBT, QDC, quadros de distribuição, barramentos, disjuntores, transformadores e sistemas de transferência.Atuar tecnicamente em sistemas de Ups, bancos de bateria, Grupo Motores Geradores, STS, ATS e sistemas de emergência.Apoiar análises de falhas, incidentes e indisponibilidades de infraestrutura elétrica.Desenvolver e revisar estratégias de manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva.Definir padrões técnicos e procedimentos para manutenção elétrica em ambientes críticos.Estruturar e acompanhar  KPIs e indicadores de manutenção.Desenvolver indicadores relacionados a disponibilidade, falhas, indisponibilidade, MTBF, MTTR, execução de manutenção, backlog, reincidência de falhas e confiabilidade dos ativos.Criar análises gerenciais e dashboards para acompanhamento da performance da infraestrutura.Apoiar a estruturação e dimensionamento da equipe de manutenção elétrica em nível nacional.Definir requisitos técnicos, matriz de competências e necessidades de capacitação das equipes.Apoiar a padronização de processos, procedimentos, checklists e critérios de manutenção entre diferentes Data Centers.Avaliar criticidade de ativos e propor planos de ação para redução de riscos operacionais.Participar de projetos de expansão, retrofit, comissionamento e modernização de infraestrutura elétrica.Apoiar tecnicamente a elaboração e revisão de planos de implantação, manutenção e intervenções críticas.Atuar junto a fornecedores, fabricantes, clientes e equipes internas em assuntos técnicos relacionados à infraestrutura elétrica.Elaborar relatórios técnicos e apresentações executivas para acompanhamento da gestão.Promover cultura de confiabilidade, segurança elétrica e excelência operacional.
