Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProjetar, construir e colocar em produção soluções com IA generativa e LLMs (RAG, agentes, automações e assistentes);Definir e evoluir a arquitetura de referência de IA: integração com dados (BigQuery), APIs, segurança e observabilidade;Criar avaliações de qualidade (evals) e monitorar custo, latência e desempenho das soluções;Transformar demandas das áreas de negócio em soluções priorizadas por impacto;Atuar como referência técnica do time: padrões de código, revisões e apoio à evolução dos colegas;Avaliar ferramentas, modelos e fornecedores com foco em custo, segurança e sustentabilidade da solução.Requisitos e qualificaçõesÉ necessário que você tenha:Inglês técnico - avançado (leitura de documentação técnica);Noções de segurança e privacidade em IA (LGPD, prompt injection, dados sensíveis);

Mais de 5 anos de experiencia em engenharia de software, dados ou machine learning;Conhecimento em integração com sistemas corporativos (Salesforce, ERPs, Microsoft 365);Vivência com RAG (embeddings, bancos vetoriais, busca híbrida), agentes e uso de ferramentas (function calling / MCP);Conhecimento em Python - nível avançado e boas práticas de engenharia de software (testes, versionamento com Git, code review);Experiência comprovada com soluções baseadas em LLMs em produção (não apenas POCs), incluindo implantação, observabilidade, avaliação, monitoramento e sustentação em ambientes cloud;Ensino Superior Completo: Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Estatística, Matemática ou áreas correlatas.Desejável: Desejável: pós-graduação em Inteligência Artificial, Machine Learning ou Ciência de Dados;Comunicação oral em inglês em nível intermediário.Informações adicionaisNós oferecemos:Parceria com Instituições de Ensino e Idioma - descontos graduação, Pós-graduação, MBA e cursos;Parceria com TotalPass - desconto em redes de academia;Parceria com Zenklub - descontos em sessões de terapias;Plano de Saúde com coparticipação;Plano Odontológico;Vale Transporte;Vale Refeição;Seguro de Vida
