Responsabilidades e atribuições Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConstruir e evoluir a plataforma de agentes inteligentes, garantindo integração fluida entre dados, modelos, ferramentas e APIs em ambientes corporativos de larga escala;Projetar e implementar componentes da plataforma de IA, incluindo Registry, Runtime, Evals, Observabilidade, Governança e mecanismos de integração entre agentes;Integrar soluções utilizando protocolos MCP e A2A, promovendo conectividade segura e assíncrona entre sistemas corporativos e agentes cognitivos;Projetar, desenvolver e manter pipelines de GenAI (treino, avaliação, deploy e monitoramento de agentes);Implementar e escalar infraestrutura de LLMOps e AgentOps, incluindo automação de experimentos, versionamento de agentes e entregas contínuas;Implementar observabilidade ponta a ponta (logs, métricas, tracing e dashboards) para plataformas e agentes, utilizando ferramentas como Datadog;Desenvolver e acompanhar métricas de qualidade, performance, custo e valor dos agentes, modelos e pipelines, garantindo eficiência operacional e impacto para o negcio;Garantir governança, compliance e segurança dos agentes, pipelines e dados utilizados pelas soluções de IA;Trabalhar com modelos proprietários e open source (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), aplicando estratégias como RAG, fine-tuning e prompt engineering;Colaborar com engenheiros de software, engenheiros de dados, arquitetos e cientistas de IA na construção de soluções GenAI de larga escala.

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência solida como DevOps Engineer, Backend Engineer ou em plataformas de IA;Experiência prática com construção e operação de agentes, aplicações GenAI e integração de LLMs em produção;Conhecimento em RAG, embeddings, vetorização, indexação semântica e arquiteturas baseadas em agentes;Experiência com observabilidade (Datadog ou similares), métricas operacionais e monitoramento de sistemas de IA;Experiência com CI/CD, versionamento de modelos e automação de pipelines de ML/LLMOps;Domínio de Python e experiência com Go ou Java;Domínio de arquiteturas distribuídas e event-driven (Kafka, Spark, Flink, Airflow, etc.);Conhecimento de AWS e Azure, incluindo infraestrutura como cdigo e automação de deploys;Familiaridade com protocolos MCP, A2A e padrões modernos de integração entre agentes e sistemas corporativos;
