Buscamos uma pessoa Engenheira de Software Backend com sólida experiência em Java, Spring Boot e sustentação de aplicações críticas para atuar na evolução técnica do nosso Proxy de Pagamentos. O Proxy de Pagamentos é uma aplicação estratégica dentro do ecossistema de meios de pagamento, responsável por intermediar, padronizar e abstrair integrações com parceiros, gateways, adquirentes e demais componentes da jornada transacional. Atualmente, a aplicação está executada em ambiente baseado em VM, e a posição terá papel importante tanto na sustentação operacional do serviço atual quanto na modernização tecnológica da solução, incluindo melhorias de arquitetura, observabilidade, resiliência, qualidade de código e preparação para uma futura migração para ambientes conteinerizados em Kubernetes. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na sustentação e evolução do Proxy de Pagamentos, garantindo estabilidade, disponibilidade e continuidade operacional. Desenvolver, manter e evoluir aplicações backend utilizando Java e Spring Boot. Apoiar a modernização técnica de uma aplicação atualmente executada em VM, contribuindo para sua preparação e/ou migração para Kubernetes. Analisar código legado, identificar débitos técnicos e propor melhorias incrementais com baixo risco operacional. Projetar e implementar APIs REST e integrações backend com foco em segurança, performance, resiliência e escalabilidade. Atuar na integração com sistemas internos, gateways, adquirentes, parceiros de pagamento e demais serviços do ecossistema transacional.Diagnosticar e resolver incidentes, falhas de integração, problemas de performance e comportamentos inesperados em produção. Implementar boas práticas de observabilidade, incluindo logs estruturados, métricas, tracing, health checks e dashboards operacionais. Contribuir para a melhoria dos processos de deploy, versionamento, rollback, automação e rastreabilidade. Aplicar padrões de resiliência em sistemas distribuídos, como timeout, retry, circuit breaker, fallback e idempotência. Apoiar a definição de estratégias para conteinerização, parametrização e externalização de configurações. Participar de discussões técnicas com times de arquitetura, infraestrutura, SRE, segurança, produto e demais áreas parceiras. Escrever código limpo, testável e sustentável, mantendo foco em qualidade, manutenibilidade e redução de risco. Apoiar revisões de código, troubleshooting técnico e disseminação de conhecimento dentro do time.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência sólida com desenvolvimento backend em Java. Experiência prática com Spring Boot. Conhecimento em desenvolvimento e manutenção de APIs REST. Experiência em sustentação de aplicações críticas em ambiente produtivo. Capacidade de atuar em sistemas legados, compreendendo fluxos existentes e propondo evoluções seguras. Conhecimento em arquitetura de aplicações backend e sistemas distribuídos. Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais, como PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle ou SQL Server. Conhecimento em mensageria ou comunicação assíncrona, como Kafka, RabbitMQ ou similares. Familiaridade com práticas de CI/CD, build, deploy e versionamento de aplicações. Conhecimento em logs, métricas, monitoramento e análise de incidentes. Experiência com testes automatizados, especialmente testes unitários e de integração. Capacidade de análise técnica, troubleshooting e resolução de problemas complexo.Boa comunicação para interação com times técnicos, arquitetura, infraestrutura e áreas de negócio.Serão considerados diferenciais, conhecimentos ou experiência em: Proxy de pagamentos. Gateway de pagamento.Adquirência e subadquirência.
