Aqui todos são muito bem-vindos!Quer fazer parte desta história? Confere se esta oportunidade tem match com o seu perfil e vem conosco participar desta jornada de seleção!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProcuramos um profissional para desenhar, modelar, criar novos produtos sob ótica do mercado, tributos, regulatório e financeiro.Dentre as suas principais atribuições estão:Avaliar oportunidades de negócios no Setor Elétrico;Estruturar modelos financeiros (VPL, TIR, cenários, riscos);Analisar impactos regulatórios (ANEEL, CCEE, ONS, Mercado Livre);Avaliar riscos regulatórios, operacionais e de mercado;Apoiar desenho de Produtos e Soluções Energéticas Integradas (GD, BESS, Gás, Serviços, Mercado Livre);Interagir com: Comercializadora, Regulatório, M&A e Finanças Corporativas;Desenvolver teses de investimento (ex: baterias, flexibilidade, Serviços de Valor Agregado para Grandes Clientes);Viabilizar a implementação prática das iniciativas, reduzindo riscos e maximizando retorno;Assegurar que as estruturas propostas estejam em conformidade regulatória e sejam eficientes do ponto de vista tributário;Produzir reports executivos estruturados que consolidem a viabilidade de novos negócios em Energia, contendo recomendação clara de decisão (go / no-go / ajustes).Requisitos e qualificaçõesSerá necessário que você apresente:Formação superior em Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia de Energia, Engenharia de Produção, Economia;Atuação com modelagem financeira;Experiência em mercado de energia (BESS e Mercado Livre);Excel avançado;Forte capacidade analítica e visão de negócio;Capacidade de transitar entre áreas técnicas e estratégicas.Será considerado um diferencial:Desejável Pós-graduação ou MBA em Mercado de Energia, ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento de regulação do Setor Elétrico.Localidade: Rio de Janeiro/RJ ou São Paulo/SP.Informações adicionaisAs PESSOAS são nossa maior ENERGIA.
