Buscamos alguém com autonomia para propor soluções inovadoras, atuar de forma hands-on, desenvolver agentes de IA e gerar impacto direto nas entregas e na eficiência do time.Responsabilidades e Atribuições:Mapeamento e Evolução de Processos: Mapear, desenhar, avaliar e evoluir as rotinas, fluxos e entregáveis da área, identificando gargalos, definindo padrões e garantindo o correto cumprimento dos processos e controles estabelecidos.Automação com IA: Desenvolver e implementar automações de processos e agentes inteligentes por meio de ferramentas digitais e Inteligência Artificial, visando ganho de eficiência e otimização de recursos de pessoas e financeiros.Gestão e Monitoramento de Projetos: Conduzir as etapas de projetos da área, garantindo qualidade, checagem e monitoramento contínuo da execução dos processos operacionais.Cultura Orientada a Dados: Acompanhar as metas de KPIs e indicadores de eficiência dos processos e entregáveis do time.Onboarding e Integração: Conectar novos clientes, áreas e pessoas para garantir a integração fluida e a correta aplicação das metodologias e padrões existentes.Suporte à Liderança: Apoiar na implantação e governança de novas ferramentas, sistemas, agentes de IA e controles operacionais.Principais Desafios do Cargo:Atuar com forte protagonismo e autonomia, transitando com agilidade entre as necessidades estratégicas, a execução técnica de soluções e a garantia de que os processos diários sejam executados de forma correta e consistente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e Qualificações:Perfil híbrido com visão gerencial, operacional, foco em eficiência e perfil auditor/analítico.Forte capacidade analítica e experiência prévia em mapeamento e melhoria de processos (BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, etc.).Domínio de IA e ferramentas digitais para a execução de automações no dia a dia.Visão avançada de gerenciamento de tarefas, cronogramas e organização extrema.Domínio de ferramentas de produtividade e análise de dados.Familiaridade com frameworks de gestão de projetos.Autonomia, senso de dono e excelente habilidade de comunicação e influência.Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Tecnologia, Gestão de Projetos ou áreas correlatas.Diferenciais:Conhecimento em ferramentas e linguagens para automação e análise de dados (como Python, SQL, Power BI, Databricks ou similares).Familiaridade com ferramentas de automação e workflow (como n8n, Power Automate, etc.).Cases prévios de desenvolvimento ou implementação de soluções com Inteligência Artificial.Informações adicionaisVaga híbrida, com 3 dias presenciais em São Paulo.
