Quer fazer parte de um time que impulsiona o progresso por meio da energia?Na Light, buscamos um Especialista em Excelência Operacional que será responsável por transformar dados e investimentos em inteligência para o negócio, apoiando a governança do portfólio de projetos, a tomada de decisão estratégica e a geração de valor para a companhia por meio da análise de performance, eficiência operacional e investimentos no setor elétrico.Traga a sua energia para a Light!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSeus principais desafios serão:Monitorar e analisar indicadores de desempenho relacionados a projetos e investimentos da companhia;Desenvolver análises que apoiem decisões estratégicas sobre investimentos e priorização de iniciativas;Avaliar resultados, riscos, benefícios e retorno dos projetos do portfólio;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua por meio de análises de desempenho e causas de desvios;Atuar na governança e qualificação das informações que sustentam a gestão do portfólio de investimentos;Traduzir informações técnicas e financeiras em análises claras para apoio aos diferentes públicos da organização;Converter investimentos de engenharia em indicadores operacionais e financeiros, demonstrando geração de valor para o negócio;Trabalhar com grandes volumes de dados para geração de insights e suporte à tomada de decisão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos necessários:Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia Elétrica ou Engenharia de Automação;Também serão considerados profissionais com formação em Engenharia de Produção, desde que possuam experiência no setor de energia;Experiência no setor elétrico, com conhecimento do segmento de distribuição de energia;Vivência em análise de desempenho operacional e/ou financeiro;Experiência em gestão de portfólio de projetos e investimentos (CAPEX);Conhecimento na elaboração, acompanhamento e análise de indicadores de desempenho (KPIs);Perfil analítico, com forte capacidade de análise de dados e planejamento financeiro;Capacidade de traduzir temas técnicos para públicos não técnicos;Excel avançado;PowerPoint avançado;Experiência com análise de grandes volumes de dados.Será um diferencial ter:MBA ou Pós-graduação em Gestão de Projetos, Gestão de Negócios ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento em melhoria contínua e gestão de processos;Experiência em processos de priorização de investimentos;Vivência com SAP;Conhecimento em SQL;Conhecimento em Power Query e Power Automate;Conhecimento em linguagem de programação;Experiência com ferramentas de IA Generativa.Informações adicionaisO que temos para você:Vale-alimentação;Vale-refeição;Assistência médica;Assistência odontológica;Participação nos Lucros e Resultados;Previdência privada;Seguro de vida;Auxílio farmácia;Wellhub;Convênios com empresas parceiras;Programa de treinamentos e desenvolvimento contínuo.Informações extras:Local de Trabalho: Marechal Floriano, 168 | Modelo 100% presencialAcreditamos que a diversidade fortalece nosso time.
