Sua missão será: Liderar projetos de desenvolvimento de novos produtos, aplicações e processos na área de fertilização de solo, participando de NPD, parcerias tecnológicas e identificação de tendências, buscando fomento e garantindo o portfólio de inovação da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como referência técnico-científica em Pesquisa, Desenvolvimento e Inovação (PD&I), direcionando projetos estratégicos, desenvolvendo soluções tecnológicas e gerando conhecimento científico para impulsionar a evolução do portfólio de produtos da Nitro. Contribuir para a tomada de decisão e estratégia de inovação por meio da análise crítica de dados, definição de diretrizes técnicas e integração com equipes multidisciplinares, parceiros e áreas de negócio, promovendo excelência científica e aplicação de novas tecnologias.Liderar projetos de pesquisa agronômica, inovação e desenvolvimento de produtos, definindo estratégias experimentais, metodologias, direcionamentos científicos e critérios para avaliação e validação de tecnologias em nutrição e fisiologia vegetal.Atuar em todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento de novas tecnologias e produtos (NPD), desde a prospecção de tendências, tecnologias e oportunidades de inovação até a validação agronômica, geração de evidências técnicas e suporte ao posicionamento e lançamento.Planejar e apoiar programas de pesquisa, incluindo definição de protocolos, seleção e gestão de parceiros, acompanhamento da execução dos ensaios, análise e interpretação de resultados, assegurando a qualidade e a robustez dos dados gerados.Atuar como referência técnica e científica, apoiando pesquisadores e equipes multidisciplinares na tomada de decisões, disseminando boas práticas experimentais e promovendo a evolução técnica e científica da organização.Estabelecer e fortalecer parcerias estratégicas com universidades, centros de pesquisa, startups, empresas de base tecnológica, pesquisadores e consultores, ampliando a rede de conhecimento, inovação e desenvolvimento da Nitro.Contribuir para a geração e disseminação de conhecimento técnico-científico, por meio de publicações, apresentações, treinamentos e ações de transferência de conhecimento, além de apoiar processos relacionados à propriedade intelectual e à geração e avaliação de ativos tecnológicos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Engenharia Agronômica, com  Doutorado em Nutrição de Plantas, Fertilidade do Solo, Fisiologia Vegetal ou áreas correlatas;Experiência sólida em pesquisa, desenvolvimento e validação de tecnologias e produtos, incluindo planejamento experimental, delineamento e análise estatística de dados. Domínio avançado em estatística experimental e linguagem R, com capacidade para planejar análises, desenvolver modelos estatísticos e interpretar criticamente dados de experimentação agronômica.

Experiência na condução de projetos de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento (P&D), incluindo elaboração de relatórios técnicos, interpretação de resultados e geração de recomendações;Inglês avançado, com capacidade de comunicação em reuniões, apresentações e elaboração de documentos técnicos e científicos para interação com equipes globais;Disponibilidade para viagens.Idiomas: Inglês avançado desejável.
