O profissional será responsável por desenvolver soluções analíticas robustas, utilizando SQL avançado, Python e bibliotecas como Pandas, com foco na extração, transformação e análise de dados operacionais e financeiros. Sua missão é gerar insights que apoiem decisões de negócio, contribuindo diretamente para a eficiência e precisão dos processos de planejamento e análise financeira (FP&A).

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e manter consultas SQL complexas para extração de dados de múltiplas fontes (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Relatórios Excel, etc.).Criar e otimizar views e procedures para facilitar o consumo de dados por áreas de negócio.Manipular e analisar grandes volumes de dados com Python, gerando insights para áreas como comercial, operações e planejamento.Trabalhar com dados relacionados a propostas, apólices, corretores, segurados e regionais.Colaborar com times multidisciplinares para entender necessidades de dados e propor soluções eficientes.Documentar processos e garantir a qualidade e integridade dos dados.Atuar como protagonista no desenvolvimento de projetos, estruturando escopo, cronograma, marcos e critérios de sucesso de projetos corporativos, alinhando-os aos objetivos estratégicos da área.
