Que tal fazer parte de uma empresa com crescimento acelerado que faz história há mais de quatro décadas?Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar o portfólio de projetos de Tecnologia, controlando escopo, prazo, custos, riscos, dependências, recursos e status;Estruturar e conduzir os projetos, definindo metodologia (Waterfall, Ágil ou híbrida), cronograma/backlog, responsabilidades, marcos e ritos de acompanhamento;Conduzir reuniões e governança, garantindo decisões, responsáveis, prazos, próximos passos e acompanhamento dos compromissos;Integrar Tecnologia, negócio e fornecedores, alinhando responsabilidades, prioridades, recursos e resolvendo conflitos ou impedimentos;Gerenciar riscos, problemas e mudanças, garantindo registro, análise de impacto, planos de resposta e aprovações necessárias;Monitorar entregas, orçamento e desempenho, identificando desvios e realizando escalonamentos quando necessário;Produzir relatórios executivos de status, apoiando o Head e o Comitê de Tecnologia na tomada de decisões e priorização do portfólio;Gerenciar fornecedores e integradores, acompanhando contratos, cronogramas, entregas, aceites e compromissos;Garantir a transição para operação, assegurando critérios de aceite, documentação, transferência de conhecimento e suporte pós-implantação;Evoluir a governança e a metodologia de projetos, mantendo padrões, ferramentas, indicadores e boas práticas de gestão;Promover melhoria contínua, registrando lições aprendidas e aprimorando a disciplina de projetos;Incorporar requisitos de segurança, privacidade e arquitetura desde o início dos projetos, em conjunto com as áreas especialistas.Requisitos e qualificações🎓 Formação superior em TI, Sistemas, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas afins, com Pós-graduação/MBA em Gestão de Projetos, TI ou Governança;🏆 PMP ou equivalente e certificação Ágil (PSM, CSM, PMI-ACP ou KMP);📊 Experiência sólida em gestão de projetos e portfólio, incluindo métodos preditivos, ágeis e híbridos;⚠️ Domínio de gestão de riscos, stakeholders, orçamento, priorização e governança/PMO;🛠️ Conhecimento de Power BI, Excel avançado e ferramentas como Jira, MS Project ou ClickUp;📐 Conhecimento em BPMN, melhoria de processos, LGPD e Segurança da Informação;🏛️ Conhecimentos em ITIL 4 e COBIT 2019 aplicados à gestão de projetos e operações;🚚 Experiência em transporte, logística e operações distribuídas, além de projetos ERP/SAP Business One;🤖 Vivência com automação, RPA, produtos digitais e IA, bem como gestão de fornecedores e integradores;🌎 Inglês avançado para documentação e relacionamento com fornecedores.Informações adicionais🎟️ Vale Alimentação🍽️ Vale Refeição🏥 Plano de Saúde🦷 Plano Odontológico🛡️ Seguro de Vida🚌 Vale Transporte🏋️‍♂️ Wellhub💊 Descontos em Farmácias🎓 Descontos em Universidades🗣️ Descontos em Cursos de Idiomas🧠 Orienteme (Programa de Saúde Mental)👶 Kit Nascimento💍 Auxílio Casamento
