Estamos constantemente aplicando a experiência do nosso time para maximizar nossa produção, transformando O&G em valor para o Brasil.Venha crescer com a gente!Missão do Cargo:Atuar na gestão e controle de projetos exploratórios de E&P, assegurando a rentabilidade dos ativos, conformidade regulatória e excelência na gestão de contratos e parcerias.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMonitorar e controlar os custos e obrigações associadas aos projetos exploratórios, garantindo aderência aos orçamentos e contratos.Acompanhar indicadores financeiros e operacionais, avaliando o desempenho e propondo ajustes para otimizar a rentabilidade dos ativos.Fornecer suporte na administração de contratos de concessão, consórcio, JBAs e JOAs, auxiliando na negociação, execução e encerramento.Apoiar a gestão de parcerias em projetos exploratórios, garantindo alinhamento estratégico entre stakeholders.Gerenciar o arquivamento e a atualização de documentação exploratória, assegurando rastreabilidade e conformidade regulatória.Dar suporte às auditorias de projetos exploratórios operados e não operados, garantindo transparência e aderência às melhores práticas do setor.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência na indústria de óleo e gás. Conhecimentos sobre marcos legais, contratos de E&P. constituição e governança de parcerias.Experiência com armazenamento de documentação e gestão de projetos para acompanhamento financeiro e controle de atividades e orçamentos.Habilidades em Excel, Power Point , Word e sistema de gestão empresarial (SAP).Superior Completo.Inglês Intermediário / Avançado. Fácil Comunicação, Trabalho em Equipe, Liderança, Inteligência emocional e facilidade de adaptação.
