Se você é um profissional orientado à execução, com habilidade para identificar oportunidades de negócio, desenvolver relacionamentos de longo prazo e atuar de forma consultiva para impulsionar o crescimento da carteira, essa oportunidade é para você! Você fará parte do time responsável por gerir uma carteira estratégica de clientes, promovendo retenção, expansão de receita e adoção das soluções da Clicksign, atuando de forma colaborativa e remota.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver relacionamentos dentro das contas atribuídas em todas as linhas de negócios;Contribuir com o sucesso do cliente ao longo do seu ciclo de vida, interagindo de forma proativa com as áreas da Clicksign, identificando oportunidades de expansão e redução de riscos de churn;Monitorar e contribuir com a satisfação, métricas, engajamento e retenção da carteira de clientes, por meio das ferramentas disponíveis propondo ações de melhoria quando necessário;Contribuir e propor ações de melhoria contínua em prol da melhor experiência e aderência do produto ao cliente, interagindo e compartilhando insights com as áreas internas da Clicksign de Solutions e Produto;Realizar follow up e registro das demandas para os clientes, por meio dos canais de comunicação oficiais da estrutura;Potencializar o uso das nossas soluções e/ou serviços, por meio da apresentação das melhores práticas de uso e da elaboração de ações que objetivem o resultado esperado pelo cliente;Gerir a performance do cliente de grande complexidade no uso dos produtos e serviços, acompanhando os critérios de sucesso do cliente e antecipando possíveis problemas;Criar e apresentar relatórios de acompanhamento dos principais indicadores do cliente quando necessário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência prévia no mercado SaaS.Vivência no uso da ferramenta HubSpot.Perfil comercial e orientação para resultados.Experiência com expansão de carteira (upsell e cross-sell).Facilidade para negociação com clientes estratégicos.Capacidade de executar rapidamente e priorizar demandas.Autonomia para tomada de decisão.Perfil analítico aliado à execução.Senso de urgência.Diferencial:Vivência no mercado financeiro ou em operações de fintech.Informações adicionaisO que você pode esperar da gente?Trabalho 100% remoto.Cultura de confiança, focada em resultados e com muito desafio e aprendizado.Autonomia e protagonismo, em um ambiente cheio de colaboração e empatia.Cultura de feedback e 1:1 com uma liderança humana e sem microgerenciamento. Benefícios completos como: vale refeição/alimentação, auxílios creche, home office, saúde, educação e cultura, gympass, day-off de aniversário, descontos em terapia e cursos de inglês, entre outras parcerias.
