Estamos desenvolvendo uma plataforma corporativa de Inteligência Artificial com o objetivo de permitir que diferentes áreas de negócio criem, operem e monitorem agentes de IA de forma escalável, segura e eficiente. A iniciativa busca ampliar o uso da IA além de modelos conversacionais, impulsionando soluções capazes de executar ações e automatizar processos de negócio. Buscamos um(a) Especialista em IA para atuar como referência técnica na evolução dessa plataforma. Essa pessoa trabalhará em estreita colaboração com especialistas da área, participando ativamente da definição de arquiteturas, validação de abordagens técnicas e acompanhamento das entregas da squad. Procuramos um perfil altamente hands-on, com forte capacidade analítica e senso crítico para avaliar soluções, propor experimentações e contribuir para decisões técnicas estratégicas. Trata-se de uma posição individual, sem gestão de pessoas, mas com elevada influência técnica e amplo espaço para aprendizado, inovação e protagonismo na construção de uma iniciativa de grande relevância para o negócio.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Acompanhar de perto o trabalho da squad da plataforma, formada por time interno e parceiro de implementação, sendo referência técnica no dia a dia.Participar das decisões de arquitetura junto ao especialista sênior, provocando alternativas e propondo testes e provas de conceito para validar escolhas.Revisar entregas técnicas (código, arquitetura, avaliações de agentes) com foco em qualidade, segurança e reaproveitamento.Mão na massa: construir e evoluir componentes da plataforma, como gateway de modelos, catálogo de agentes, observabilidade e guardrails.Ajudar a manter o conhecimento técnico dentro de casa, com documentação e transferência contínua.Apoiar frentes de IA em diferentes áreas, da descoberta do caso de uso à produção.Identificar quando e como envolver as áreas de negócio (quais perguntas fazer, quais validações pedir), sempre com olhar técnico.Contribuir para a construção e a disseminação de padrões de desenvolvimento, avaliação e segurança de agentes.Apoiar a adoção de IA nas áreas, incluindo iniciativas de citizen development.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação, Estatística, Ciência de Dados ou áreas correlatas.Experiência no desenvolvimento de soluções com LLMs, com pelo menos uma entrega em produção ou piloto com usuários reais.Conhecimento prático de plataformas de LLM (Google, Anthropic ou OpenAI) via API: prompting, tool use/function calling e avaliação de respostas.Python para produção: código testável, versionado (Git) e revisado, além de consumo e integração de APIs.Vivência com cloud, preferencialmente GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, BigQuery).Noções de CI/CD e de observabilidade de soluções em produção.Postura crítica e construtiva: questiona decisões com argumentos técnicos e propõe experimentos para validá-las.Comunicação clara com públicos técnicos e não técnicos.Inglês para leitura de documentação técnica.
