Estamos buscando um(a) Especialista em Inteligência Artificial / Prompt Engineering para atuar em um projeto estratégico apoiando a implementação e utilização do Anthropic Claude na consolidação e análise de documentos da área de Qualidade. Buscamos um profissional com experiência prática em Prompt Engineering, configuração e operação do Claude, incluindo o recurso Cowork, além de vivência na implementação de soluções de IA em ambientes corporativos de grande escala. O profissional terá atuação próxima ao time de Qualidade, apoiando desde a definição da estratégia até a utilização da solução, treinamento dos usuários e estruturação da governança da ferramenta.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na instalação e configuração do Claude Desktop, seguindo as definições, regras e padrões estabelecidos pelo departamento de TI da Vallourec.

Apoiar o time de negócio na definição da estratégia de consolidação de documentos, participando de discussões, testes e validações da solução.

Realizar a configuração do Claude, criação de templates e definição dos prompts iniciais conforme a estratégia estabelecida.

Trabalhar com Prompt Engineering, desenvolvendo e otimizando prompts para análise e tratamento de documentos.

Atuar em conjunto com os especialistas de Qualidade no uso da IA para analisar, verificar, comparar e consolidar documentos.

Ministrar 20 horas de treinamento especializado para o time de Qualidade, orientando sobre o uso eficiente do Claude para análise de documentos.

Apoiar a definição do modelo de governança para utilização da ferramenta, incluindo papéis, políticas de uso e controles de qualidade.

Apoiar a implementação e operação de soluções de IA em ambiente corporativo, considerando escala, segurança e processos de grandes empresas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que precisamos que você tenha de conhecimento:Experiência sólida em Prompt Engineering e desenvolvimento de prompts para soluções de Inteligência Artificial.

Experiência prática com Anthropic Claude, incluindo configuração, operação e utilização do recurso Cowork.

Experiência na implantação e operação de soluções de IA em larga escala, especialmente em grandes empresas.

Conhecimento em análise, gestão e consolidação de documentos será considerado um diferencial.

Experiência com criação de templates, definição de instruções e configuração de ferramentas de IA.

Boa capacidade de comunicação e habilidade para treinamento e orientação de usuários.

Inglês para conversação, leitura e interação em ambiente corporativo.

Certificação Anthropic Claude será considerada um diferencial.
