Buscamos profissional para atuar como referência em inteligência de mercado para energia, monitorando tendências globais e regionais, movimentos competitivos, mudanças regulatórias, projetos, investimentos e fatores macroeconômicos relacionados a petróleo, gás natural, fontes renováveis, hidrogênio e transição energética. Desenvolver análises, projeções e recomendações estratégicas que apoiem a liderança, as áreas comerciais, o desenvolvimento de negócios e o planejamento estratégico na identificação de oportunidades, antecipação de riscos e tomada de decisão.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMonitorar mercados de energia, abrangendo tendências macroeconômicas, geopolíticas, regulatórias e tecnológicas, identificando oportunidades e riscos para o negócio;Monitorar projetos e investimentos com potencial impacto sobre clientes e demanda;Conduzir pesquisas e análises com base em dados de mercado, fontes estatísticas, relatórios setoriais e entrevistas com especialistas;Desenvolver análises dos principais segmentos energéticos, incluindo petróleo, gás natural, energias renováveis e hidrogênio;Gerar insights estratégicos, projeções e cenários de demanda para apoiar o planejamento estratégico e a identificação de oportunidades de crescimento;Produzir relatórios executivos, apresentações e materiais estratégicos para diretoria e alta liderança;Atuar em parceria com áreas comerciais, inovação, sustentabilidade, estratégia corporativa e desenvolvimento de negócios para converter inteligência de mercado em ações concretas;Participar de fóruns, conferências e redes especializadas para fortalecer o conhecimento e a visão estratégica da organização.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação desejável: Engenharias, economia, administração de empresas e cursos correlatos;Pós-graduação / MBA em será diferencial;7 a 10 anos em inteligência de mercado ou estratégia ou análise econômica ou consultoria no setor de energia;Experiência em mercados e/ou projetos de energia (O&G, renováveis, hidrogênio etc.).
