Sabemos que juntos, todos vamos mais longe.É assim que conectamos a Localiza&Co com o futuro.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO QUE VOCÊ IRÁ FAZER COMO ESPECIALISTA EM INVESTIGACOES E APURACOESElucidar fatos intencionais ou não, de atos contra o patrimônio da Companhia que possam causar prejuízos de qualquer natureza seja bem ativo, patrimônio, imagem ou financeiros, elaborando laudos e dossiês que fundamentem a defesa jurídica nos processos criminais e civis;                                                                       Minimizar as incidência e perdas de bens e ativos por consequências de fraudes contra a Cia, por meio da identificação da cadeia de criminosos que causaram danos contra os ativos e imagem da Localiza, colaboradores, parceiros e clientes;                                                                              Atuar nas investigações e operações para coibir/reduzir roubos, furtos, apropriações indébitas, ou qualquer outra modalidade de fraude contra a Cia, apontando fragilidades exploradas nos processos, procedimentos, sistemas e aplicações da Companhia no que tange ao risco e à incidência de fraude e ataques;                                                                                 Contribuir para a redução de fraudes em processos e situações já mapeadas, sugerindo novos monitoramentos e indicadores que viabilizem o acompanhamento recorrente dos cenários de fraude identificados, bem como elaborando planos de ação para o tratamento das fraudes associados à vulnerabilidades identificadas no fluxo dos processos;                                                                    Propor melhorias e soluções preventivas, sejam processuais ou tecnológicas, para corrigir a causa raiz a fim de reduzir a incidência de fraudes contra a Localiza;                                                                                 Promover e fomentar o relacionamento com autoridades policiais e judiciais e outros segmentos do Poder Público, no que tange assuntos relacionados aos processos investigativos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO QUE PRECISAMOSEnsino Superior Completo;Sólidos experiência em Investigação e combate à fraude sistêmicas;Experiência em implantação de soluções e ferramentas de combate à fraude;Desejável conhecimento em LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados), na regulamentação que rege os setores de Locação de Veículos, na área de Prevenção, Detecção e Investigação de Fraude;Experiência em identificar e mapear novos padrões de atividades fraudulentas e gaps nos sistemas e processos de Detecção e Prevenção de fraude;Desejável conhecimento em Inglês e/ou Espanhol;Disponibilidade para atuar em modelo híbrido na matriz em São Paulo (SP).Informações adicionaisBENEFÍCIOS DESSA POSIÇÃOParticipação nos LucrosVale AlimentaçãoVale RefeiçãoConvênio MédicoConvênio OdontológicoGympassPrevidência PrivadaCarro AdministrativoAllyaAcesso ilimitado a diversos cursos da nossa Universidade LocalizaProgramas internos de treinamento e desenvolvimentoDesconto em compra e aluguel de veículosViva a experiência de ser Localiza&Co e venha construir o futuro da mobilidade conosco!
